We love the proximity of this condo to the water! Gorgeous! The condo is very well stocked with nice patio furniture and general comfort. However, for the price, it is showing it's age and is in need of a facelift...new bedding/linens, bath work and paint will go a long way. The primary bed is very comfortable but we would like to see AC in the primary, namely to drown out the noise of the nocturnal seabirds that make a huge racket each night, as they are so close. It was too hot to close the windows and an AC unit would most likely keep us cool and in quiet. We would love to come back to this lovely Lae Nani condo with these minor adjustments.

Loved the location of this property. We travelled north, south, and west for hiking and snorkeling. Everything was within 45 minutes. Pool was super relaxing. We also walked over to the next resort for live music from 6-9pm. My favorite was going to bed and waking up to the sounds of the ocean every morning.

The condo was clean, well decorated and had a great location to the beach and shopping. This was our fault for not researching, but we did not realize that the condo did not have air-conditioning until we got there. I’m not sure if it is needed year round but it would have definitely made our stay more comfortable in August. It would have also been nice to have more beach items in the closet to use (such as an umbrella) but I know that can’t be expected. The complex was very lush and beautiful as well. Pool umbrellas would have been nice though. Overall it was a magnificent stay.

Lae Nani 525 is a beautiful condominium. The grounds are meticulously maintained with a gorgeous ocean view and swimmable beach right on the property. The pool is also well maintained with beautiful flowers surrounding the it. The condo itself is gorgeous. The view is breathtaking with two lanais. I enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the ocean each morning. There was plenty of room for our family of four with a well-stocked kitchen. The artwork and decorations are beautiful as well making the condo feel homey and special. We enjoyed walking to Lava Lava beach club for dinner and music (live music plays every night). We also enjoyed walking to the Coconut Marketplace for shopping and the farmer's market. Our vacation was magical, we hope to return soon to this slice of paradise.

Awesome location very safe and inviting. The condo had everything and more to offer. We will be back.

The view is even more spectacular than the pictures! I would go back in a heartbeat. I missed A/C but it wasn’t terrible. Seems like A/C is rare on the island.

This condo unit is literally on the beach, no more than 50’ away. That’s the best part. For sleeping by the waves, snorkeling, swimming.and just sitting!! It’s also centrally located in the island whether you want to go north or southwest. And you can easily walk to nice restaurants, bars, and shopping. The unit is roomy and with full kitchen, laundry, etc we were able to feel like we lived here. Could not ask for more.00

The condo was absolutely beautiful. Both the living room and the master bedroom had ocean from views. The owners provided plenty of linens. Top notch kitchen, including Calphalon pots and pans.. Walking distance to the Coconut Marketplace, as well as others shops and restaurants. Would love to stay here again!

Great, oceanfront property. Fall asleep listening to waves. Condo is nicely furnished and kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Have been to Kauai many times and this one of the nicest places we have stayed.

As beautiful as the pictures of and views from the unit are its nothing compared to being there and looking out at the ocean hearing the sounds of the surf and feeling the gentle breeze from the ocean. It is paradise!

Very clean,spacious and quiet. Can't beat the view. Great beach and nice property. Kitchen well stocked, comfy beds and close to shopping and walking/biking trail. Bathrooms a lifunctional. And could use new shower heads, but very functional with lots of towels and a good supply toilet paper and tissues to get you started. Appreciated the boogie boards, noodles and beach towels. Large capacity washer and dryer too. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was very comfortable to stay in with beautiful views all around & easy access to everything. The only draw back was the very loud family above us (no fault of condo owner). The rental company was also great to work with. Looking forward to visiting again!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. It had everything-the views, beautiful grounds, all basic supplies needed in the condo for the week as well as a very nice kitchen with all the kitchen supplies you would need and more, easy drive to everything and even walkability to a cute shopping center and fantastic restaurant on the beach. We have stayed in many places over the years as a family and this is by far one of my favorite. I can't wait to stay here again!

Overlooking the ocean, amazing resort and condo, will 100% stay again. Beach equipment was provided for 4 adults, plus everything you need for a long stay! A must stay!

Centralized location for visiting main attractions around the island. Kitchen well supplied with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Nice gas grills available. Amazing views of ocean from living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Beautifully landscaped grounds. We are two couples in our 60s and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful condo. The pictures do not do it justice. The furniture is beautiful. The kitchen is recently remodeled. The bathrooms are perfect. The bedrooms are awesome. Specially the Master. You can’t beat having your own Master bedroom deck and both seeing and hearing the waves splash all night. And if you have toddlers? It’s perfect. We have 2 little ones, and they enjoyed the puzzles, games, and plenty of books to read for ages 4 and below. Plenty of beach toys too. And the kitchen was fully equipped with upgraded utensils, beautiful pots/pans, etc. Dish-ware was beautiful as well. Like new! The outdoor deck/patio off the living room is extremely spacious. Made for some nice meals out there. Aloha! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time during out stay at Lea Nani . The condo was comfortable, and had very nice beds and bedding, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the view was gorgeous! We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

Wished for stronger fans in living room and bedroom. Portable fan was broken in bedroom.

The condo complex was beautifully landscaped and right on the ocean. Views were amazing, pool was really perfect, and our own beach right out front. The condo was perfect for 4 adults and the newly remodeled kitchen was wonderful. The bathrooms could use some updating, especially the shower heads which were mostly clogged from hard water so had limited water coming out from them. Otherwise we thought the condo worked well.

Well, a million dollars doesn’t go as far as it used to, so I had to upgrade this to a ten million dollar view. What else can I say, spectacular!? Both the main living area and the master had sliders and balconies overlooking the perfectly manicured tropical grounds and onto the nearby softly breaking surf. Highlight feature of this recently remodeled two bedroom second story unit. Just a short flight of stairs to the entry. Very comfortable unit for the four of us. No A/C so we did use the pedestal fan provided in one of the bedrooms. The sleeping temperatures were comfortable even though the trade winds were not operational for part of our visit because of some offshore storms. Being a birder my ears are tuned to the birds, so I could hear a Wedge-tailed Shearwater calling outside the condo on the ocean side on a couple of the nights. They nest nearby. We were with a group so I was able to see the interiors of several of the other Lae Nani units and we liked ours the best. We had a wonderful experience!

Everything was great but we had a hard time not having air conditioning.

Our first trip to this wonderful Island. The lodging was BEYOND our expectations. The pictures on line do not accurately reflect the beauty of the la’nai. We saw rainbows as we drank our morning coffee. The home was clean and very well appointed. When we return, we would love to return to this rental

The Lae Nani Resort condos and this specific unit are both fabulous. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. The grounds are immaculate. The beach is perfect. The sand is soft and while there are rocks in the water there is a "channel" without any rocks that you can use to swim out and ride the waves. We saw some fish and a sea turtle. There's also a small "pool" formed by rocks that is perfect for young kids. No waves and there are little fish in there too. The pool is great too. The location of the condo can't be beat. You are looking straight out to the beach and ocean. You can see most of the sunrise and sunset. You will hear the waves - they can be loud but i got used to it and was lulled to sleep. But if you're sensitive to sound, you might want to bring earplugs. Also, the window shades are perfect for letting air in but they also let some light in so if you're sensitive to morning light and want to sleep late, maybe bring an eye cover. The unit is clean and well furnished. We loved our time there and will be back!

This is the third time we've stayed at Lae Nani and it never disappoints. This condo was very well appointed and I especially appreciated the children's books given that we forgot to bring ours! They had plentiful beach towels, an umbrella and a couple of boogie boards. Finally, Cindy was very helpful troubleshooting a forgotten item after I was already at the airport. Thanks for a great stay!
