Smell of the bathroom.

I like the stay in Viola Gardens especially the front desk staff Abdul Aziz, Abdullah, Khalid and Sha'if they were very cooperative and supportive. Moreover, I would like to thank every person in Viola Gardens for their hospitality.

I didn't find anything that I didn't like.

Car parkings are too narrow

Simple Rooms, very clean and smart TV to check your Netflix, it’s a good value for money for sure, will be staying here again and staff are really cooperative and hospitable

Bathroom is small, too small, and wifi in my room was not great as it kept disconnecting and there’s no safes in the room to keep your valuables

The loction. There is an underground parking lot. The room is clean, tidy, stylish, and well decorated. The TV has plenty of channels and varities.

The price is very high. There are no facilities in the hotel. No housekeeping service. The room is small. The AC is a bit noisy. The pillows aren't comfortable. They called multiple times while I was sleeping for the checkout which was annoying and stressing although I requested a late checkout earlier via booking and by informing them previously as well.

They didn’t bother me at the check out because I was late 👍🏼🙏🏼

The first room they gave me was too small, I asked them for a bigger one and they did with no hesitation♥️. The other room was ok but the decorations and the bed are more like a furnitured apartment. It didn’t gave you the hotel vibe.
