good location , close to downtown but far enough to avoid the noise and music from restaurant and bars. the place is clean and services is great, especially Christian who keep me informed and in communication if something was needed. the owners are fantastic people that we meet in the lobby , she is from Spain and animal oriented . we had great conversation and I can see that she care about the business

There are few things that can improve, I was in room 10 and the mattress was not very comfortable, the sheets had some stains. the bathroom’s door does not provide privacy because is like an open sliding door. Be aware that the streets are not paved, but dirty roads, so be prepare to have your feet full of dust and sand, said that , I recommend the owner to put a faucet in the entrance so every guest can wash their feet before entering to the building, otherwise you will always bring dirt to the room which is very uncomfortable. every time we return to the room, we had to wash our feet in the shower.

The staff at Casa Sirenas were delightful. So attentive, kind - we felt like we were staying at a home with a family, which we loved. We liked how quiet the property was, and how close to the beach. Super clean and tidy, loved the morning coffee, and our beautiful room with patio. Highly recommend!

The personnel and owners were super friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the beautiful white beaches of Isla Holbox. Though, we preferred parts of the beaches that were less taken over by hotels. Sirenas Caribbean Rooms had one of the best 'value for money' location & rooms at the overpriced Holbox island.

Perfect location on Holbox - just a few steps to the beach. Very peaceful and calm and just a 5 min walk to the center with all the restaurants and party. Very friendly and helpful hosts. I had perfect 6 days here.

Mir hat besonders das Zimmer gefallen, welches sehr liebevoll und sauber eingerichtet war. Die Außenanlage hätte ich auch sehr gerne genutzt, allerdings war in der Zeit, als ich dort war, sehr viel Regen. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Unterkünften, die unter Wasser standen, war die Lage jedoch sehr akzeptabel - man konnte über den Strand zu sehr vielen anderen Orten der Insel gelangen. Von der Innenstadt aus war dies etwas schwerer, so wie Freunde berichteten. Der Gastgeber war rund um die Uhr da und hat mir in allen Angelegenheiten geholfen.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the bed was comfortable and the garden was nice and cosy. Outdoor shower and very close to the beach.

Room smelled like sewage, might be a general problem on the island. There were some incents in the room, but we didn't have a lighter. No bathroom door so no real privacy with whomever you share the room.

You could rent a bike directly at the property, not so far from beaches or town centre.

We arrived and have been informed there is no electricity on the island. They made us pay in advance even though the conditions on booking clearly stated that we will pay the second half after the stay. The electricity outage was planned months ahead. Not only that no one from accommodation bothered to inform us. And also explain what this mean for us - like no shower and water in the toilet reservoir until about 10 pm. Basically they knew about it long time ago and didn’t even put an effort to prepare for that. We can live without signal or electricity, but full toilet is a bit too much for that price. When we arrived there was no water to flush the toilet. All day.. Terrible.

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. They gave us useful tips and were available through Whatsapp for any question we had. The room I stayed in (double room with terrace) was very spacious and clean. Nice big bathroom, comfortable bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fan. Cute decoration in the terrace. Very quiet in the evening. Great value for money. The hotel is a short walk (10 min.) from the town centre and close to nice beaches.

We booked two double rooms with terrace, but my friend's room was quite smaller than mine (so she thought it was a bit unfair). Her terrace was also accessible from the outside (it had staircase) which made her feel uncomfortable. Some of the facilities are a bit worn out (e.g. shutters in the windows) but nothing major and really normal for this type of accommodation.

My stay was great, the location was close to the center and it was very safe in the whole island to walk around, even alone. The room was nice and clean with a huge terrace. Chris was the nicest host i have ever had! I've got great recommendations from him and was just a delight to chat in general. Water and coffee were also available for the guests.

Everything! The location is perfect. You can be in the center in 5 minutes walk and at the same time it is in a quiet area. The staff were very helpful. They helped with everything we needed. You can also rent bicycles easily. The atmosphere is great! The place is very interesting and relaxing.

Chris, the manager, was so friendly, welcoming and helpful with everything we needed. He really made us feel at home. Nice place, really comfortable bed and good wifi- fi, shower etc. Very close to a lovely beach too.

The communication with the hotel was really great, everything was done by whatsapp except the key hand over which meant that it was really easy to ask questions and they were really helpful. The room was clean and they had drinkable water in the reception area. We had a room with a lovely view over the nature area to the west of the hotel.

The only thing I can think of is having a better door to the bathroom as what there is now really offers no privacy whatsover.

Because of the flooded streets it was extremely difficult to walk places. Sometimes there was Abad sewage smell in my room.
