Spectacular studio with sea views in Palmas del Mar.
Este é o nosso estúdio 'Palm' com um loft para acomodação de 4. É uma unidade aconchegante com vista espetacular do oceano. Ele está localizado no andar de cima da nossa 'unidade Flamboyan' com Homeaway # 954690. As duas unidades compartilham a mesma área do saguão, mas são completamente separadas por suas próprias portas de entrada. O estúdio 'Palm' é equipado com uma cama king size, um loft espaçoso com dois colchões de solteiro e um banheiro amplo, perfeito para escapadas românticas ou famílias com crianças. A propriedade possui duas varandas espaçosas, uma com vista para o mar ininterrupta e móveis de pátio, a outra com uma churrasqueira. O estúdio 'Palm' possui uma cozinha pequena, mas bem equipada, uma geladeira, uma TV a cabo de 55 ', um ar-condicionado split, lavadora / secadora, mesa de jantar para quatro pessoas, um sofá e internet de alta velocidade.
O Palmanova Village está localizado no topo de uma colina ao lado da Palmanova Plaza em Palmas del Mar. Dispõe de piscina, jacuzzi e academia com sauna - todos gratuitos para locatários e residentes. Nosso condomínio "Palm" fica a cerca de 150 m de distância da praia e a 10 minutos a pé da praia mais próxima (1111 degraus). Todas as praias são gratuitas em Porto Rico. Você pode alugar um carrinho de golfe (US $ 20 a US $ 50 por dia) para acessar todas as praias de Palmas del Mar.

Well equipped and communication with the host was great. He even came and meet us and took us to a few places in Palmas. The views from the balcony its great. We cant wait to comr back.

This property was the perfect vacation get away! It has a gorgeous view of the ocean, with sunrises that were amazing to wake up to! The apartment is quite large (particularly for a studio) and you can't beat the location. We'd definitely stay there again!

Our stay at the studio Apt was excellent central to the mall, restaurant and beach very clean.

This is the second visit and I will say that the the Mr X is very responsive and helpful when I needed something addressed. We spent 18 days in this studio loft apt and enjoyed daily breakfasts on the balcony enjoying the views. Perfect for a couple or small family. Thank you Mr X for a very enjoyable stay. I’ll be back again soon!

Excellent property for families or couples. The property has all the amenities required for a vacation on the beach, nice views from the balcony. My only suggestion is the TV should be configured with some streaming service like Netflix.

Cut toe on sharp area in shower the first day and my toe hindered me having liberty to do much of anything because every step hurt on contact, the side of bed closest to bathroom deep dip my whole side of body in pain everyday, toilet odor from rim needing a better cleaning and as well as faucets in bathroom and floor had sticky spots. Lighting in studio not good, AC not sufficient for area, power keeps going out, internet reception not good, TV not working after power went out, WIFI listed was not on available WIFI networks.
1 of sinks in bathroom stopped up, very hot in hallway (can be very dangerous causing possible heat stroke) ant problem even before we brought food.
It could have been nice except for these issues which I feel is more than we should have had to deal with considering this was suppose to be a relaxing get away.
Please take into consideration our complaints and compensate for it with a refund Thanks

The property was very nice very clean and very convenient for us it has all the amenities you need swimming pool hot tub beautiful balcony views comfortable but it was an actually very nice place to stay I would stay there again if I had a chance they make it very easy to check in and check out we were very pleased

We like the location, safety and commodity of the apartment, only thing we are disappointed was the A/C, not powerful enough for the studio space, the only place you can feel cool was on the loft bed, on top of the king bed, after a hot day in the beach or pool a good A/C is a most, otherwise the apartment met our expectations.

We had to get the guard to let us in.. then the key's to enter the building were not in the mail box as advised they would be. We had to buzz a another apartment for access inside the building. We got in with the codes given the rest of the way but if we were to leave we couldn't go back in. Luckily I asked the other tenants if they had extra keys and they did have our set of key's!! Besides that we enjoyed our stay!

Xiaoming was an amazing host. His communication was great. Anytime I called or texted he responded promptly. This studio was just perfect. I loved the view from the balcony looking at Vieques where my sister lives. The place was very clean and had everything we needed bikes, golf clubs, beach chairs and toys. Thanks again for an awesome stay!
