Excellent location, Very helpful friendly management, Excellent arrangement for Breakfast and great value, Parking easy and good value, Bedroom was roomy and comfortable. Bus station and train station very close, we really enjoyed the stay, great place to use as a base to explore the surrounding area, would definitely stay again

The rooms were spacious with a large bathroom. Each room had a small fridge which was useful. The location was close to the lake front and therefore easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. WiFi was reliable. When the staff were around, they were helpful.

It would have been better described as rooms with occasional reception staff. It wasn’t a hotel. No lounge, no bar, no garden or terrace. It was accessed in a back street and the outside looked drab and uninviting. Most rooms were at the back with a nice view of derelict buildings and the late night kebab shop. We Were not impressed when we turned up. We needed to retrieve our room keys from a night safe as the reception is open on an ad-hoc basis and parking was in a local multi-storey car park, several hundred metres away (although the Capri had negotiated a discount). The cafe that breakfast can be taken at (extra charge), is a couple of minutes walk away. Very few rooms have a view of the lake and the booking.com photos paint a false picture of this place. The only positive thing was the size and comfort of the rooms.

Excellent location directly at the lake / promenade, very close to boat tours, great restaurants, old Town, therme etc. We went to visit the Landesgartenschau, which was in walking distance. Breakfast was good and special requests were met immediately proactively when noticed by staff (vegan) The rooms were spacious, clean and looked newly renovated. Can only recommend

Breakfast was very satisfactory. The room size was very generous and the bedroom and bathrooms were both very clean. Big balcony and comfy beds.

Limited check-in window (only between 3 and 6 pm). A little greedy to charge €5 for two mini bottles of water from the mini fridge considering the fairly high hotel cost to begin with.

It’s really central, a great location in the middle of everything and the staff there are really friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was large, comfortable and clean. They were super proactive informing us ahead of our stay about the corona rules. They have adjusted the breakfast to these rules really well and works better than what I have experienced in other hotels. Would recommend and stay there again

This hotel has surprised us pleasantly and exceeded expectations in many way. First of all the hotel is located very centrally right on the lake and is simply the best location possible in Uberlingen. Our room was much bigger than we imagined and is very airy in the summer. It has a restaurant attached to it, which is also on the lakefront area. We enjoyed our breakfast there. Overall the hotel has a much more modern look than what you see here in the photos. I think it could use better pictures to market it properly, as the current pictures of this hotel on booking.com are not doing it justice.
