Every single thing! The place, parking, help with my luggage, high chair in the dining for the little one, selection of cereals for kids, advice on where to go and how to get there, beer in the fridge, conversations - absolutely everything! Breakfast was outstanding! Smugglers Special rules :) And...the sweets in the hall - I'm afraid I had more than kids ;)

The hostst were incredibly welcoming, friendly and went out of the way to accomodate us and our needs. The guest house is very clean and homey, breakfast fantastic and the location literally just a minute from the local shops and a few minutes from the Towan Beach. Incredible value for money! Can't recommend enough!

The staff were very friendly. The location was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and an added bonus of stroking their 3 dogs. Room was really nice.

Central location to the town and off street parking available. The breakfast was delicious and they were prepared to cater for my milk intollerance. The room was large enough for two people.

We do understand that our stay was in November but at times the room could have been warmer, especially in the evenings

Comfortable bed, best breakfast i have ever had in any guest, or hotel i have ever stayed at. Frieindly owners, with good information shown to guests . Lovely stay ,so near the town, would definately stay again, top value.

really fussy hear, sink in un suite is small and slightly awkward to use with glass shelf above getting in the way. Compact unsuite , but nice shower.

Bed was uncomfortable (needs a new mattress). Shower took over 5 mins to heat up. Not a powerful shower either! Owners do have dogs which are allowed in some communal areas (didn’t bother us too much but I know not everyone would like that).

Amazing stay, we have booked to stay longer and more of us next year! Hosts were amazing start to finish. I had my one year old with us and they couldn’t have been anymore accommodating for her. The bottom bunk bed was perfect as the bed was not too high. Completely understanding about her running around and even down to nappy disposal. My daughter doesn’t settle in unknown surroundings very well, yet from the moment we arrived it was like she was at home. So settled, and loved playing with the toys in the lounge. Dogs were so well behaved and amazing with my infant! Beautiful loving dogs too. Location is also perfect, so close to everything. We were able to walk to the zoo, beach/sea, shops, aquarium. Great location having a little one and needing to pop back throughout the day. We could see the sea from our room windows it was lovely. Breakfast was big, tasty and very fresh every day! Extremely understanding about allergies of different levels, didn’t make us feel we were being annoying as some places can when it comes to allergies. Though I’ve come home and little one is expecting bacon and hash browns every morning. Very clean, very spacious and we still can get over how much this B&B costs for everything you get and everything they do. Honestly it’s worth every penny and more!

Exceptional customer service. John and his family were extremely helpful and throughout our stay they treated us like their family members. Morning breakfast was superb. The property is located within 3 minutes walk to town centre and about 10 minutes walk to the beach.
