Loved the flat. It's very close to the centre of Winchester but it's in a quiet road so it's very peaceful, both by day and by night. The hosts very kindly provided lots of helpful little things such as kitchen towel, coffee, tea, cereals, pint of milk in the fridge, a bottle of wine etc. So we didn't have to go out and buy every little thing, which was really lovely. They also provided plenty of towels. So we felt instantly at home and relaxed. The hosts were instantly reachable and replied to messages straight away. The flat is beautifully decorated and very clean. And importantly, the beds were super comfy!

Can't fault it! Perfect place to stay and perfect hosts.

Situated within walking distance of so many things. A lovely, spotlessly clean flat. So many thoughtful touches to ensure our stay was relaxing.

So many thoughtful touches - lots of breakfast cereals, milk and even a bottle of wine. Tasteful Xmas decorations were a lovely touch. Lovely and warm apartment that was exceptionally well located to walk into the city centre. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Limited provision for clothes storage in twin room and lots of light came into that room - would benefit from blackout blinds and a flap over the luminous display on the heater.

Location very close to centre. Spotlessly clean apartment. Lots of extras. Spacious and well furnished lounge. Bedrooms & kitchen were nice. Host was great. Speedily replied to any query. Very much enjoyed our stay.

No chair in either bedroom.

It was spotlessly clean, attractive decor, very homey. Plenty of towels and all the basics had been thought of from toiletries, to the kitchen - milk, cereal, water etc, and basic cooking ingredients. Contact from the host was timely and info I asked for was helpful.

The location is great as far as the walk to the centre of Winchester (5 minutes max) and the car park. Only downside is having to keep the blinds closed for privacy, and my partner was woken by people walking past in the night. Small things, and don’t detract from this being a lovely and well managed property.

Everything was great- location is amazing- 5 minute walk to High Street. Quiet location. Lovely to have such a good supply of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, milk and toiletries- shampoo, conditioner and shower gel all supplied. Even a bottle of wine left- lovely. Communication with host was super speedy- very accommodating.

Twin bedroom had bit too much light, due to a streetlight outside. But that's all I can think of.

The apartment is in a fantastic location 100m from the theatre and 5minutes walk to the town centre and the Great Hall. There is a large living room with enough comfy chairs for everyone. Lots of little extras were included with the apartment including a wide selection of teas and coffee (including tassimo coffee machine), milk, still and sparkling water, and a bottle of wine. Our visit was during very hot weather but the apartment stayed pleasantly cool. I think it would also be quite cosy in the winter because it seems well insulated.

Parking was tricky as close car park was max 24 hrs

The provision of tea, coffee, cereals and in particular milk were a very welcome surprise, particularly as we arrived close to 4pm on a Sunday when shops would be closed. The location is good and the apartment is very spacious. We'd definitely book again. 😁

There must be a water pipe from the apartment above in the wall between the living room and master bedroom as the occasional sound of flowing water can seem quite loud at night, but that isn't really anything that can be helped by the owners and was only really more noticeable when it was quiet. As it's a city centre location, parking was a bit of a challenge. The Tower Street carpark was in a convenient location, but the signage says no 24 hour parking which worried us. Ultimately, we took a chance and it was fine, we just had to keep renewing our parking ticket by 8am each morning of our stay. This meant no true lie in on holiday, but as we could renew from bed using the app, it wasn't too problematic and a small price to pay for a nice break.
