Excellent location. Ann was very helpful and was there to let us in and show us around. The Granny Flat is very clean and has everything you need - aircon/cooking utensils/portable frypan/large fridge/tv etc. We stayed for four days and were very comfortable. On driveway parking and very secure. Highly recommend - excellent value for money. We are an older married couple and this was perfect for us. Had to do some laptop work and wifj was very fast.

I ended up getting in a little later than said, but Anne was there to great me and show me new amenities that had been installed since my last visit. Very comfy bed.

This granny flat was a great place to stay for the night, everything was there that I needed and was very comfortable overall. Ann was very nice and communication about the stay was great.

Breakfast not applicable. Granny flat was quiet and private, car was in driveway off the road. Location to freeways, airport and Brisbane city is excellent. Anne the host is a lovely lady.

The toilet has no door, no drainage system, no light, or even an exhaust fan in the toilet. The property seems it hasn’t been cleaned forever. The lady further plays her piano really loudly, and we could hear it all the time.

The price was excellent and I guess you can’t expect a lot for the price, however I still expect comfort

Air conditioning is only in the bedroom, I stayed in November and it was too hot to sit in the lounge room. The blinds n the bedroom , let all the light in which means you are awake at 4 am, not the best for holidays. It’s part of the host house so windows are boarded up which I find weird. They don’t accept payment before you arrive so she send a text with account number when you arrive. Than follows up in 10 minutes if payment not received , didn’t have time to unpack without being followed up. Obviously she can hear everything you do, I was running the bath and got sent a text about that. It’s just not for me , not relaxing but perhaps it works for you and the price is right.

Privacy within unit - no door on ensuite. Fridge was a bit dirty & smelt. No ironing or clothes washing facilities although laundry services mentioned in information on property.
