Humidity in one of the rooms upstairs, no ventilation

The location is perfect, next to Ushaka Marine for the kids(600m) or so and next to the beach.

Even though the place is clean, there are some areas that needs attention. The windows were dirty, the headboard in the second room upstairs was dusty, the wall behind the tv was also dirty. It lools like the place is not rented out more often hence the neglect. Main bedroom bed was in bad state.

We did not get proper instructions on how to get to our apartment upon arrival. The security personnel were not helpful at all, they showed us to the wrong area

Location, location, location. The views of the harbor were fantastic.

The owner really needs to take better care of what is a lovely place. Cleaning on the 1st day was below par, although it improved the following days. It needs small touches/ anesthetics to make it really good. Repair the cracks, a coat of paint, ensure all kitchen utensils are there, fix the kitchen stove and the upstairs A/c, make quality upgrades to the showers. Complimentary sachets of sugars, salt etc...

It is walking distance from uShaka Marine World and the beach, however with the situation with the ocean this didn't serve much purpose.

The apartment was unkept and didn't feel like it was ready for guests. There were lights that didn't work, no towels, broken doors, kettle didn't work, stove needed fixing, mismatched furniture in the main bedroom, no keys for exits, broken blinds, to name just a few. The kitchen didn't have basics like a corkscrew or proper knives. Overall very disappointed with the standard for the price paid.

Location

The property was very poorly maintained. On arrival none of the air conditioners were working. The bottom air conditioners were re gassed after complaints to the care taker. However, the bedroom air conditioners upstairs were non functional. Fans were provided but obviously not the same calibre as the air conditioners. There were 3 showers. Only one was usable. The main shower head was broken with a full stream of water. Both this shower and the bottom shower was poorly sealed with water egress. The night stand in the main bedroom made of chip board was cracked. Main bedroom bedding and mattress covers were terrible. We bought new bedding for personal use. The stove was unsafe for use since it was greasy and all four plates turned on with one dial. was reported and offered repair; but declined since we were in holiday there and not to accept repair personnel. We had made already allowed the Aircon re-gassers The kitchen cupboards were falling apart.

I love everything about the apartment, it is very secure and peaceful. I love it.. what you see on the pics is what you get.
