Lots of comfy beds, 2 refrigerators, garage and driveway space. Perfect boat dock s as d private bay. Truly a dream vacation place!

This property is very clean and enjoyable for such a variety of activities. All are already on the listing. Be aware that the water may be a little colder than other areas if you want to bring wet suits.

The location of this property is hard to beat! The house was clean and the layout was perfect for our group with multiple families. We hope to stay here again when we travel back to Island Park.

We loved our week in the beautiful house! There are wonderful views from almost every window. It feels very private and secure. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking and eating together at the big table. Ending the day at the fire pit was perfect! We would love to stay here again if the opportunity arose!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at this cabin on the reservoir. We loved having the dock out back where the we spent all day boating, kayaking, and swimming. The cabin itself was roomy with enough space for everyone to have a bed. The tv and play room was a nice gathering place for the kids/teens with another (quieter) living space for the adults to gather downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked will all the necessities. Everything was clean and in good repair. We are already discussing what week we should book for next year!

We had a great time in Island Park. This house was perfect for us. The location on the water was just what we wanted. The dock was fantastic. It is set in a little cove so you have a little protection from all of the other boaters. The kids loved the game room. Lots of room. Perfect for large families.

The cabin and location could not have been more perfect for our family! It had everything we wanted; private dock, waterside fire pit, grill, amazing patio and wonderful indoor space! Lorie was very attentive and easy to get in touch with. The check-in process was also a breeze. We had way too much fun and will definitely be back!!

We used this cabin as a home base for a family reunion in Island Park. Pros: It was roomy and cozy; felt secluded despite having neighbors; had ample parking; the game area was fun for the kids and kept the noise contained; the dock and backyard were beautiful, and even though we didn't use any watercraft, everyone loved swimming; the location was great. The only con was the wifi and cell service. It was basically non-existent, which wouldn't be a huge problem except that when you are sharing gate keys, it's hard to get a message from someone waiting to be let in to the island, or to otherwise coordinate when traveling with many people. But we made it work. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

This house helped make our trip wonderful. We enjoyed sitting by the campfire every night, playing in the sand and on the dock everyday, as well as enjoying the beautiful area at Yellowstone, on ATVs, and hiking. Thank you for a great time!

We had a wonderful week at the O'toole

This property is perfect! We have had our family vacation here at the O'Toole cabin for years now. Lorie (the owner) is so prompt and caring about any needs. The private bay with a gradual, sandy slope for the little ones is so nice. The dock is fantastic! We enjoy having two wings for those with young children and those without. Thanks again Lorie for making this place our family's favorite!

This property was clean and good order. We had enough room for our kids and grandkids and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It felt private yet was in a great location.

We booked this beautiful home for two families (15 in total) to meet at a central location to vacation in Yellowstone, Big Sky, and the Grand Tetons. The home was a perfect fit for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen was well equip, and the game room was a great gathering spot. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets soft and clean. The location of the home was great, nestled away on the lake. We had snow and colder weather, so we were only able to get on the lake a couple of times, but we enjoyed kayaking and watching the elk in the morning across the lake. We saw a moose and her babies each morning as we left for the parks. The house was centrally located and easy to get to West Yellowstone, Big Sky, Jackson Hole, and the Grand Tetons! We enjoyed every moment of our vacation and are so grateful to have had such a great home to create lifelong memories! Thank you for sharing your home! The Chason-Nicholson Families

Beautiful home, great location for a large family vacation.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful lakefront cabin. We had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Having the lake right in the back yard was an extra bonus that the kids loved! As parents and grandparents, we were able to watch them from the comfort of the back yard with chairs provided that were right next to the shore. Our grandkids loved staying in the same room all together on the bunk beds and having the ping pong table and fooz ball table right there to play with. We also loved the tv with a great sound system in the same room to watch movies and a table for those that wanted to play games. This was the perfect place for a great family vacation! We only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy this beautiful forest setting and all that Island Park offers.

We had excellent weather. All of my grandchildren ranging from 1 to 9 yrs old and my 4 children were very comfortable. We pushed the limits on the fridge..wished there was a 2nd one in the garage but all in all a great time and bonding experience for the kids.

Had a great time at the property. House was clean and comfortable, the dock was fantastic, caught 20 trout one night and docked two waverunners from the local lodge another day. Campfire area was great for s’mores and ghost stories and the size of the house was perfect for our party of 9 adults and 9 kids. 30 minute drive into Yellowstone. Saw bears, elk and deer around the resovoir. Kitchen was big, bigger than the pictures make it look, and was large enough to accommodate multiple people making meals.

This property was everything it was claimed to be, and more. All members of our family were quite pleased with the space, accommodations and cleanliness. The owners were ready, willing and able to fulfill any and all special requests that we had with the use of the property, and issues that did arise were quickly and effectively resolved to our utmost satisfaction. I would encourage anyone to use this property for their vacation. We spent numerous days going to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks, as the house was a quick 30 minutes to the west entrance of Yellowstone. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of trails for hiking and ATV riding, starting within a few minutes from the property, and going for miles and miles. There are a multitude of other activities, such as horseback riding, fishing and rafting, to name a few, within reasonable proximity to the property. To sum things up, this location provided our family with an unforgettable and thrilling vacation!!!

We rented 3 houses on Bill's Island for a family reunion with 28 adults and children. The O"Toole house was beyond our expectations. The key pad on the garage made it easier for people in other houses to stop over even when everyone was off taking a tour of Yellowstone. And the house was beautiful. The two ovens were a bonus for cooking large meals and the two dryers in the laundry room helped keep the beach towels ready after swimming. Everything was perfect and Lori and Shane were great to work with on reservations and answering questions before we arrived. It was a terrific reunion! Ann Nichols
