Small and mattress was warped

Everything! The rooms were great! Location was perfect, went to Yellowstone National Park. Me and my husband stayed in the room with king bed, it was awesome. The shower was great! Everything was clean and ready when we got there and every time we left and came back from Yellowstone! Our friends' room with double queen beds was huge and very nice as well!

Great location near shopping, dining and park entrance. A couple of small grocery stores nearby to stock up on food/snacks. The decor was cozy and the beds were comfy. Good temperature controls in the room. Very clean. Frig & microwave in the room. Plenty of places to charge electronics. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bathroom fan was a bit loud. No elevator so luckily we were on first floor. No breakfast but we leave too early looking for wildlife in the parks to ever partake in hotel breakfasts so no big deal.

Although the room was a little too small for what we're used to, our 2-day stay was great! Great location, friendly staff, and everything was within walking distance! The huge plus for us was that the place was really close to Yellowstone's West End entrance.

At least using booking.com was good. The rest of the experience was awful.

We were on our way for a one-night stay at the Moose Creek Inn when we heard about the extreme flooding in Yellowstone and the surrounding area. When we called Moose Creek Inn at about 3 pm, we were told verbally conditions made access to the hotel impossible, and it was ok to cancel. This meant we had to backtrack and find last-minute alternative accommodation elsewhere. We were shocked to then find out we had been charged the full price of $313 by Moose Creek Inn! When we tried to resolve the problem, we encountered surly, rude staff and no one returned my calls. After disputing the charge through my credit card, the Moose Creek Inn responded with a fictitious account of events. Based on our experience, all l I can advise is anyone considering staying at Moose Creek Inn to proceed with caution.

Over all we were pleased with this hotel. I tried to cancel one of my days and they would not let me. I understand their position, but it would have been icing on the cake for them. This and being a smaller room was really the only downside.
