the staff were great and really accommodating with most things that was missing from our apartment. the pool is nice. The dogs are very friendly. the area is safe and not too far from the main road or Arusha town. there’s lots to do.

lots of bits missing from the apartment like a bath Mat (I fell over on the slippery floor) and a bin for rubbish. There was a TV but no channels which I think is really misleading, especially as we had hoped to use it in the evenings. when we asked we were told they don’t pay for the tv with guests staying a few nights. Had we known this we might have chosen a different place.

It was spacious

The pool was not clean, The worker was not very helpful. The sheets were really worn out. The young lady even refused to give us sugar because we did not pay for breakfast

Overnighting from Nairobi to Dar. Set in a rural , quiet, lush part of Arusha. A large detached house set in its own grounds, private parking, security staff at night , (Massai) Own floor of house. 2 bedrooms, kitchen , lounge , outside balcony- seating area. Beds comfortable enough. Swimming pool , but didn't have time to try it out.

A bit tricky to find down a small sandy lane, Limited kitchen items , need updating , refreshing. 1 bathroom , couldn't get the shower head to work, other bathroom couldn't get any hot water , so had to make do with a wash in the sink. As it was only 1 night we survived but couldn't see myself returning. Fortunately we are self sufficient and had enough of our own things to make it acceptable. Some bedroom doors don't close properly, One bathroom had roaches.

The staff are very friendly.I can recommend for everyone.We had a very good time.Thank you.

The swimming pool is nice

Veronica did a lot to feel us comfortable - order for us meal delivery, fixed a laundry to be done overnight. Also happy to meet 3 doggs there.

The room was not as cosy as on photos. The location is not really easy to find it even we have got the directions by a message in advance.

Noisy neughborhood

Staff is really friendly. Maassai to guard the property. Price -real good. You have a kitchen in the apartment.

Finding the property can be hard, but well worth the effort. It was tucked away behind a gate that opened up to a small paradise. There is a small kitchenette that allows you to cook if you want or at least have hot coffee in the morning. This was such a nice way to end the safari!

Location: further from the centre, not many options for a meal outside, Neighbors have extremely loudly dogs or something that was whining whole night and waking us up. House and room is clean, but the pool is certainly past its youth and bit dirty (perhaps given the unfortunate weather). Would be overall ok but for this personel attitude! According to booking, the payment should be charged automatically from our card. It was not. You must pay cash or paypal. So after 24h long flight we didn't want to deal with paypal registration and told the housekeeper we will settle the bills in the morning at 7. We fell asleep and one hour later were woken up by strong persistive knocking (9pm). It was the houseper demanding the payment. I explained the situation again and promised to settle the bill next morning at 7am. We were woken up by strong knocking at 6am. Obviously we settled the bill later...Very unpleasent first night in Tanzania!

It feelt like a beautiful home. The dogs were AMAZING, it made the whole stay 10x better. The pool is beautiful. The view is amazing, especially the mountains. The masaaai (guard) has really helped us a lot!
