Great location near Old Town Bluffton. Owners were very helpful.

Great Stay - Will book again - Nice location to town

First, Any the host is amazing! Whatever question you have she gets right back to you! Awesome The house was clean, everything you need is provided. There were four of us that spent the night, but on Thanksgiving day, we had ten people for a few hours. With that being said, the house flows great. Not once did we feel like we were on top of each other. Oh, and the third bathroom is great; which I only found the night before we left! Hahaha. It’s in the other side of laundry. Would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful and peaceful house to return to at night. A sanctuary and so close to downtown. The house was extremely clean, spacious and lacked in nothing. It was a very comfortable stay and I slept so well. I would definitely stay there again.

We booked this house as it is close to Bluffton, pet friendly and it looked so inviting on the listing. The listing shows the property perfectly. The screened in porch was hard to leave each day and the front and side grounds were immaculately kept and very pretty. The host did an amazing job making sure all of the little things were ready.....fully stocked coffee bar, dish/dishwasher supplies, foil, zip locks, etc. The laundry room was also stocked with enough to get started if necessary. I brought all of those items with me and used from the home stock as well as my own. But the host's extra supplies have surely saved someone a trip to the store. The house was spotlessly clean - even the screened porch. We plan on staying here again as we will be frequent visitors to Bluffton

The house was a great place to stay, relax on the screened porch and drink our morning coffee. Were it not for commitments in the afternoons that we had to leave each day, cocktails on the porch would have also been in order. Our small dog enjoyed the immaculately kept front yard. The back of the lot is "natural" so better to keep kids and pets closer to the house and front yard. it was very welcoming with check-in snacks on the counter, coffee bar ready in case you need it and the kitchen was stocked with basic supplies, dish soap, counter cleaner, etc. Even the laundry room was stocked. In other VRBO's we had to make sure we had dishwashing/dishwasher supplies...not here. This place is very well thought through to not have the traveler worry about what they need to stay other than personal items and food.

Our second time staying here. Easy and convenient, will definitely stay again

This house is exactly as it is listed. The host has added special touches to make you feel welcome such as a doggie dish and treats, some spices and detergent plus shower accessories in all bathrooms.I texted Amy several times and she was always quick to respond and very helpful. Overall we had a pleasant stay, visited Hilton Head and Savannah several times to take in the great restaurants and sights. Old Town is truly the best of Low Country living. I highly recommend The Confedrate House for your stay in Bluffton.

Nicely remodeled three bedroom. Floor was a little lumpy in spots but overall they did a nice job fixing it up. The backyard was a little spooky and we did see a few cockroaches flying around but except for lizards the inside was generally bug free. Nice screened in porch. Only complaint was the cost of the place doubles with fees thru Vrbo and if you want to be near Hilton Head you could probably find something much closer for a similar price. Overall a nice location near Old Town Bluffton

We had an amazing stay everything about the home was perfect for my family and I. The only thing we had a problem with was that we barely used the kitchen and we were staying for a week, but towards the end of the week we needed something and we found the dishwasher with most of the dishes inside of it. But other than that everything from the location to the house itself was amazing and we will definitely be back.

Lovely, cozy home, exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and would absolutely stay there again. Only glitch was check in. We never received an email with check in instructions with directions on how to access the property. We needed to call VRBO who then put us in touch with someone able to help, but this was at 5:10, over an hour after the time we were told we would be able to check in.

Everything was great. Space was perfect for a group of 7 adults. Dining room table and the large counter was perfect for our vision of a home cooked birthday meal. Will be back in the future.

Southern hospitality at its finest! The house was in a great location for our needs……..close to Old Town Bluffton, Tanger Outlets, Water and even close via Bluffton Pkwy to Hilton Head Island. House was clean and filled with lots of great amenities

Overall it was a good stay. Was great to be so close to Parris Island so we could visit our daughter for her graduation. Had an issue late Thursday evening but Amy responded and was quick as possible to fix it and offered us another complimentary night and refunded a night as well.

The property is in a great location for Hilton head, Savannah, and the many amenities of Bluffton. When we arrived the doors were unlocked, but the property managers responded immediately and were very nice. The house layout was good. The sofa and decorative pillows were soiled and worn. Despite the intense cleaner smell when we arrived, the floors were filthy. Black dirt quickly layered feet and socks and we had no means to mop the floors. The corners were covered with spider webs, dust, and dead bugs. The bedrooms provided the basic bedding. Even though the description boasts the ability to sleep 8, there were only 6 washcloths and 6 bath towels. There were 3 laundry pods found in the cabinet to wash linen. The house is a older home with a lawn and swing that’s not maintained. Although I was disappointed, the house served the basic needs and was in a great location. I definitely would like to come back to Bluffton again if the home was thoroughly cleaned and maintained.

Lots of room. Everything was clean except the porches and grill, and under the beds. Not bad, but should be swept. Overall nice place with good atmosphere.

The home was so clean and modern. It was inviting and had everything you could possibly need in abundance such as towels, dishes and extra pillows. 3 bedrooms (1 with Large Twins that were so comfortable!) and 3 bathrooms. The sofa pulled out to allow 2 more to sleep - (hide-a-beds not always great, but they do provide another bed, lol.) Great outdoor space as well! Definitely a return visit in our future!

Great location, nice house oh, perfect for what we needed. Hope they don't pay for property management! We called our guest contact at 10 am the day of our arrival and left her a message. Its now 5 pm the day of our departure and we still haven't heard back from her. There was also a gas grill on hand but there was no gas in the tank. We had to purchase a new cylinder to grill out. We'll definitely visit Bluffton again but maybe choose somewhere else to stay. House was great but poorly managed.

Close to Hilton Head island and Beautiful Beaufort.

Nice enough on the surface but it an older home and really needs to be deep cleaned. Mildew in the showers, floors were full of pet hair and dirt. Don’t look under the beds! It worked fine for a quick stay though. The backyard also needs some attention. Neighborhood was quiet but not the nicest. Location worked well for us though to explore the area. Overall we were not unhappy, just not overly impressed.

Worked out great for our Christmas with family. It just needs a deep clean and the kitchen faucet and bathroom faucets do not work very well and need to be replaced.

Nice home and area

The house was pretty much as pictured. We were surprised to find out that 3 bedroom & 3 baths were not together! The pictures led me to believe that each bedroom had its own bath. Only 1 bedroom is en-suite, the 2nd bath is down the hall & the 3rd bath is completely at the other side of the house. None of the 3 bedrooms or bathrooms have window blinds. Several of the windows are completely bare & this home is a ranch. It was very unsettling at night & made sleeping in hard! The housekeeping staff needs to up their game! Microwave had food splattered all inside, basic dusting was not done & under my bed was like a jungle of dust bunnies & misc what not! These are minor fixes & I’m sure they will be addressed. Bluffton is a beautiful place & I would definitely consider staying again in the future.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay while visiting Bluffton. The home was exactly as described in the pictures and provided us with everything we needed over the weekend. We look forward to staying here next time we visit Bluffton.

Home was well done and kept up. Very close to Old Town and all it has to offer. Home was perfect for my wife, my kid, and my parents. Will stay again!
