I was really enjoying staying in this apartments. Apartment was exceptionally clean when we arrived, it was well communicated via WhatsApp how to get to the property. Place feels very private and I was happy about that. You can truly rest and it’s not noisy at all!

Service cleaning could be offered more often during our stay. The area is very quiet and suburban so it might not be for everyone - we had to take taxi when go to the beach or yumbo centre or walk around 30 min.

Everything ! This place is a wonderful destination for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday

The hospitality was top notch - a standard setter. The lovely lady at reception offered to arrange airport transfer for me, explained how I could rent a bike locally and accommodated a late checkout request as my return flight was in late afternoon. The moment I landed on the island I had WhatsApp messages from the place detailing local restaurants, local amenities and local attractions. This was super useful since I booked this holiday only 4 days in advance, on a whim, without doing much research. The apartment itself was lovely with a fully fitted kitchen, satellite TV, good wireless, and a really large terrace overlooking the canal. About a 25-30 minute walk from Maspalomas beach. Two good Italian and Lebanese restaurants are less than 10 minutes away, and a well stocked HyperDino about the same distance if you want to make use of the kitchen facilities and cook for yourself

We stayed in a very nicely appointed penthouse apartment called La Gomera with panoramic views and west facing private terrace. The apartment was spotless and reasonably well equipped, There are several apartments in total and even though nearly all were in use at onetime or another it never felt crowded, the communal areas are exactly as shown on booking.com. Overall it was a very peaceful and relaxing stay in nice surroundings.

Not all the apartments have a washing machine which we thought we would have but really a minor issue and a sliding door to the bathroom which didn't close completely by design are the only things even remotely negative to say about our stay. A folder for guests in the rooms would also be useful as reception is not open very much though the hosts were very responsive with message via whatsap.

The apartment was clean and spacious with a lovely large terrace.

It's a bit far from the sea and restaurants although we enjoyed the walk there each morning.

the property was spacious, attractive and clean. decoration, furnishing and soft furnishing were lovely. there was a washing machine which made life easy.

The apartment was fantastic. Fresh, clean and modern. The kitchen was well equipped. Lola who looked after the staff and apartments was very attentive yet you hardly noticed she was there. She made sure we were comfortable. We kept in contact via WhatsApp if we needed anything. The common and pool area were maintained daily. Very secure small complex. Quiet in the evenings. There is a supermarket within a few minutes walking distance that stays open until 10pm.

The apartment was very private and spacious and finished to a good spec. Location was central to everything. Taxi rank was a 2 min walk away and it was 25 mins walk into Meloneras. Hyperdino was also 5 mins walk away. The location was very relaxing and quiet, this was a really good find for us and a good decision.

It's closeness to the storm drain and any standing water (there was some) was a magnet for mosquitoes. The use of a washing machine would be very useful if staying for more than a week. The surrounding areas could do with an amenities upgrade, footpaths etc. That would not stop us from staying here again.

pool was too deep. no mirror in master bedroom. apartment was a little remote. taxi required for everywhere.

It was a quaint apartment in a good location. The kitchen facilities were good but as it is in the loft the ceiling beam in the bathroom and bedroom was inconvenient as we had to duck our heads to get into the shower and access the wardrobes.

if the shower door was on the other side if the sink was where the toilet was put the toilet in the back of the bathroom so less ducking and diving is required when using the bathroom

I loved everything about this villa. Decor, location, 30 mins (10 min drive) walk from seafront. Plenty restaurants & shops while there. Well stocked shop only a 10 min walk away from the villa, again a taxi rank a short walk too. Quiet surroundings with the occasional sound of music on the distance from surrounding villas & resorts. Attention to detail & cleanliness around the villa(s) & communal areas was daily. I read every single review before I gave my hubby the thumbs up to go ahead & book. The only thing I’ll add that I couldn’t find within the other reviews is the sun is on the pool all day until 18:00 🙂

There wasn’t really anything to dislike about this property.

this place is a gem for 1 or 2 people travelling, it was all the little things inside this property made it home from home. the owner was has helpful as could be you kept in contact via whatsapp through your stay anything you needed you just had to ask , plenty of space here peace and quiet.

for those who like to be on their own, it’s perfect. but for us it was a little quite.
