We came here because my son got married and it was close to the wedding venue. It was a very nice and convenient place to stay.

Condo complex is very well maintained and in a perfect location. Beach access is easy and the back view of the bay is beautiful. Condo is perfectly laid out and everything is exactly what you need.

Great location and view! Quiet and close to the beach. Property safe and secure. Beautiful pool area. However, lack of storage in second bedroom. We couldn’t get the tvs to work and found no instructions on how to do so. Overall, a very good experience and hope to return.

The rental met our needs in terms of location. The pool and hot tub were great. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. It was very cold when we were there so the cement floors started to sweat and became so bad by Christmas that there were puddles on all the floors. Not the homeowners fault, just Mother Nature and bad luck.

This condo was perfect for what we were looking for. The pool area is great, the pool temperature was perfect, grill area was great, easy walk to the beach and close to many restaurants, etc. The building also had a tennis court and shuffle board area and provided the necessary equipment. The condo had everything we needed for the beach. The owner was easy to reach and very friendly. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Upon arrival, opened vrbo email for access, which stated host has yet to update access codes. Called vrbo and chatted host, took over two hours to get codes to get into our rental. Made us an hour late to our reservations. Next day, huge leak in bathroom ceiling water dripping and formed a bubble. Sent message to vrbo and host at 9pm w pictures, no response to the following day. We had to move all our belongings out of bathroom and used towels to keep water from leaking to bedroom. down a whole bathroom w 3 females getting ready for Halloween…. Then, was asked to pay $105 charge for dirty towels used for containing the leaky water on check out! Ridiculous. I’m asking for a full refund at this point. Do not stay here!!

The place was amazing. So close to everything and had everything you need to enjoy St. Petersburg. I would definitely stay there again.

This was a perfect spot for are family vacation. Amazing view from the balcony. We loved how they had everything we needed for a beach day towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids! The grounds are very well maintained. We defiantly will stay again. I would highly recommend this vacation rental!

We enjoyed our stay at the property in St Pete beach so much! We loved the fact that we were able to walk the stairs to the apartments and not having to use the elevator. The apartment is very well equipped with everything we needed. It even had the fishing rod and my kids enjoyed fishing right off the piers behind the pool and all the amenities it had to offer. We are definitely coming back for our twice a year swim meets down there despite it being a 20 mins drive to the pool

Location on intercostal and across the street from the beach was great. Pool area & tennis courts were well maintained and watching the manatees were an added bonus. The unit could use some maintenance especially in the bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our rental. Was exactly as described. Location is excellent located right on gulf blvd. host was easy to work with.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, Publix. Pool was great, heated kids could enjoy it everyday. The condo was cute and cozy but shower faucet needs to be upgraded. We had some cleaning issue and contacted Harry. The communication with him was great. He always replies and resolves the issue. Overall we had a wonderful time.

Had a great time at the sunrise resort. Location was great, and despite the pool being under renovation, we had a lovely time. Would love to come back again. Seeing 4 manatees right off the dock was a thrill, they were around all day.

Interesting end to the stay, but the owner reached out directly and was great and would work with him anytime. Place is located perfect and love the views. You won't be disappointed.

Area is nice, complex is nice, unit was clean. I felt there is some updates in the bathroom needed. Faucet in shower was very pitted. Master bath tub was very stained around edge. Coffee maker needed coaxing to light up. Selling of candy on table is tacky.

All I have to say is that this place was absolutely perfect. The condo had plenty of space for myself, my wife, 13 year old and 2 1/2 year old. Oh and the views were amazing! The pool and grounds were very clean and well maintained. Best part is the beach is literally right across the street! If we come back down prior to moving here next year we will 100% stay here again!

We decided last minute to book our vacation to St Pete Beach! We were looking for a place to stay & came across this VRBO for condos. We are so glad we chose our stay here. It was perfect for our family! Our place was even better than the pictures on the website. I would definitely recommend for a place to stay.

Our first time in St. Pete’s Beach couldn’t have been better. The condo was immaculately clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The beach was a short, easy walk directly across the street. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We’d love to go back!

This unit is very tastefully updated and decorated. It was perfect for our stay! And the complex has everything you need! On the water, close to the beach, beautiful well maintained grounds, pool, and tennis court.

Location was perfect- enough places close enough we didn’t need a car- pool and dock area are beautiful.
