Really beautiful little cottage. It was the perfect size for our week in Charleston. Close to everything and a nice retreat at the end of a fun filled day. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful little cottage that was perfect for my husband, myself & our lab. 20 minutes to downtown Charleston or 15 minutes to Folly Beach. Our host was easy to work with; communication was excellent! Would definitely stay here again👍🏻

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was adorable. It was very clean with well thought out details to make our stay easier and more enjoyable. It's a great location between Folly Beach and Charleston!

Unfortunately, my wife and I didn’t have the ability to stay in the property. Our weekend was the same weekend at hurricane Ian. The property itself looks really nice. Our only complaint is that with a hurricane our host was not willing to work with us on rescheduling our stay to another weekend due to the hurricane that hit. We understand that the property owner is not required to refund us but, a little flexibility would have been greatly appreciated. Especially with the host indicating that a category 1 hurricane is perfectly fine and “nothing to worry about and normal.” Overall we were really looking forward to our stay but, flexibility to rescheduling to another weekend would have been appreciated with the hurricane that hit.

15 minutes to the county park beach, 10 minutes to Charleston, 10 minutes to Folly Beach Downtown area, 3 minutes to Publix and this little gem is secluded in the backyard of another home - the gated backyard made us feel very safe and it was very quiet. We had great time - would come back definitely. Highly recommended

This was such a great tiny home to stay in. It had a great layout with updated finishes. The house is stocked with essentials and there’s a Publix right down the road. We’d definitely stay there again!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was close to the attractions we had planned to visit and to Folly Beach. We loved our time in Charleston and would definitely stay here again.

The property itself was in great condition, clean, like new condition, close to most attractions and provided beach chairs/towels. The shower was luxurious and the details in the house were on display. There were numerous downsides though. We stay in VRBO properties annually, and have never had some of the experiences that we discovered with this property. First, prior to arrival, we had to agree to a multi page contract that explicitly stated no visitors allowed. Next, we were given a “guidebook” which was exceedingly difficult to access on their online platform. It contained required material to check in/check out in compliance with their policies. If it weren’t for a 1 page laminated checklist of what we are responsible for during check out, I would have been guessing if I did everything needed. We arrived and were dismayed that the rental really was nothing more than a granny house located on the same 1/4 acre property as two other rentals, with an unavoidable view of their collection of run down and junked boats. Furthermore, there was an IR camera viewing the deck area, which completely stripped us of any sense of privacy. We entered the property, and the fumes from fresh paint overwhelmed us. (and they lingered the entire week). Also, the AC system was very difficult to balance temperatures, particularly in the master bedroom. I will say though that the hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with, but the experience was beyond fixing, and certainly not worth the money paid. Such a shame..

We were looking for a comfortable place to stay for a girls weekend for our first trip to Charleston. This was great. Set back from the road, had every amenity we needed and great communication from the owners. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds and bedding are so comfortable! Would absolutely love to return again!

Place was great, one of the nicest rentals I have stayed in. Close to the beach and the city. Very thorough instructions, made it pretty idiot proof.

I would highly recommend it. The operational instructions on items within the property are explained in detail. The owner is in contact to check on you in the case of any issues of which we did not have a single one. Well done David!
