The location was excellent, close to many places for food, near the beach and the bus station. The manager was helpful organising a repair when we had an issue and communicated well over whatsapp. When we arrived the apartment was clean, although there is very little cleaning equipment kept in the apartment, so if you made a mess you'd struggle to deal with it yourself. The living and dining area was spacious and all we needed for 5 adults. The apartment has a brand new beko washing machine that we used numerous times after swimming and were happy with. Most of the rooms had air conditioning which worked very well. The balcony had a lovely sea view and had an airer for drying towels & clothes in the sun. The bedding and towels were all clean and ready for use. The important information (waste disposal etc.) was listed conveniently on the door and waste and recycling bags were available.

We experienced a few issues while staying. The main problem was that one of the bed frames was broken but hidden so when we arrived tired and got into bed it collapsed. We got in touch and a carpenter was called and came that day, but it wasn't repaired for 5/7 nights of our trip which was disappointing. The kitchen facilities were not incredible, there were only 2 matching glasses, the crockery seemed clean enough however there was no washing up liquid/clothes/scourers/tea towels so we didn't trust it. We purchased and left washing up liquid and scourers and we're happy using the pots and crockery once cleaned. The kitchen tap hot water line had been disconnected and was hanging in a bucket in the cupboard beneath. The kettle worked so we used that for washing up etc. The bathroom was a bit tired as other reviews mentioned, but everything worked. The shower head is not mounted high enough to be used without holding it, and there is no shower curtain/screen. There was not enough toilet paper for 5 of us for a week, but that's not especially surprising. On the last day we were there there was no water due to a local water main upgrade. We don't know how long this was planned for, but we're not warned in advance. Most of bugibba was out of water for 12 hours, so we had to walk down to the aquarium to find toilets that could flush. This was unavoidable, and no fault of the apartment, but we would have been able to plan around it had we had warning.

This apartment requests additional payment for cleaning, however apparently no cleaning was carried out before our arrival. We contacted management to request cleaning. We were asked to wait outside for an hour to get apartment cleaned. After cleaning - at least we got clean towels and garbage from previous guests was utilized. Still there was a dirty kitchen with very basic and very dirty cutlery (3 teaspoons in an apartment for 4 persons), frying pan and dirty dishes. Bathroom - very dirty shower, dirty toilet without toilet brush. Actually this was the worst place we have stayed ever.

Edificio davvero vecchio nonostante sia stato un pò ristrutturato. Problemi a trovare l'indirizzo, il civico non si vede per niente se arrivate di notte auguri... Appena entrati un odore sgradevole vi accoglierà per tutto il tempo del soggiorno. Purtroppo un pò di questo odore lo respirate anche dentro la casa. La dotazione di pentole è da buttare immediatamente il resto è minimale. Pentole non presentabili. Le sedie hanno le gambe arrugginite. Una presa di corrente ha fatto un corto circuito appena toccata. Non c'era la carta igienica. Avuta la sera stessa. La password WI FI era indicata sbagliata.... In sostanza uan sistemazione realizzata con materiali di recupero di bassa qualità. La vasca da bagno sembra tutta macchiata a prima vista ma si scopre poi che ha perso il colore. Forse lavata con acidi dannosi alla vernice. Anche il rubinetto del bagno meriterebbe di essere sostituito... almeno il filtro. Le dotazioni della cucina sono scadenti. Materassi scadenti

Izcila atrašanās vieta. Pāris soļi līdz peldvietai, ļoti tuvu gala pietura autobusiem. Dzīvoklis plašs, gaišs, ar balkoniņu. Faktiski ir viss nepieciešamais lai uzturētos. Ir virtuves piederumi, papildu segas un spilveni.

Ieradāmies tumsā un tāpēc bija grūti atrast ārdurvis, jo mājai ir vairākas ieejas. Pareizās durvis nav apgaismotas līdz ar ko nevarēja ieraudzīt uzrakstu Savoy. To kompensē atsaucīgais īpašnieks!

Fantastic location, down the road from the beach, all the shops and restaurants. A great base for exploring Malta. It was good value for money, but there could be some small changes made to the apartment which would have seen me give a higher rating. The aircondlting was great. Wifi was free and worked very well. Other than the bathroom, the apartment was bright, spacious and well located.

No fault of the property, but sometimes in the high season it is hard to find a car park. The bathroom needs a refresh, the tub is stained, and there is only the hand held shower hose over a small bath. The pillows were rock hard. The air con in the double room needs a service I think as it makes a very loud noise, and the curtains in that room need to b e fixed a little and reattached to the curain rod - it would be an easy fix. Someone had left mould tomatoes in a bag on the kitchen sink.

A lot of space, three separate bedrooms, plenty of closets, and a sea view. Close to Bugibba square. Overall we had a lovely, pleasant stay there.

The apartment could use a renovation- if you move the furniture, you will notice quite a lot of mold behind them. Other issues include a leaking faucet.

The location was great - about a 5 minute walk from the beach. Good transport links.

We saw the cleaners leave as we arrived so assumed the place would be clean. However, the bedding was still damp and was also dirty, the bathtub was dirty and as were the kitchen cupboards.
