location & no parking

The apartment is in a very good location, right in the center of Rovinj. We enjoyed it as it is modern and everything looked like new. In the apartment, you have everything that you need. The communication with the host was very good and we even got to check into the apartment a bit sooner. All restaurants are around you and one of the beaches is 4 min walking distance.

Just be careful with the way up is a bit narrow. :)

Everything was good, great location, no for lazy people, pair of stairs but is part of the experience of traveling. Cleanliness top! Whattap communication great.

A little details like a bottle of water, and check in will be around 13 o’clock I spend the whole morning with a suitcase to make time to be there after 15 hrs

The apartment was very beautiful, modern well furnished studio and very clean.

The location is not that accessible and I wouldn’t recommend it to families with children. (Infants and babies). The staff was not reachable after 8pm. Your calls are answered by a machine and WhatsApp msg responded by a automated texts.

Beautiful and cozy Appartment, with air-conditioning. Perfect location right in old town, but at a quiet street. Very clean. The best Restaurants in town are in closest distance. Highly recommended.

Response time during check-in could have been a little bit faster, but in the end it was fast enough. Wifi is good enough for leasure but for working remote and videoconferences it would be to slow. Happily no issues for me in that week.

Great modern design, very clean. Great location.

The apartment is on 2 levels - 2nd level where the bed is is an attic and very low. Not convenient for tall people, nor for kids as there is a hole with net in the ceiling between 1st and 2nd level. It looks great from design perspective and we absolutely loved it, but can be dangerous for little kids (or drunken nights :))
