WE ENJOY COMING TO THE ICE FESTIVAL EACH YEAR IN LEAVENWORTH....SO COLD THIS YEAR

Each year a group of 8 get together for Friendsgiving The house was big enough for all of us with enough beds and bath to be accommodating. Everything was in working order and the area was quiet and peaceful. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor area.

Plenty of room for the whole family to hang out. The hot tub was a bonus!

A group of friends enjoyed our stay at the Chalet.

We had been searching for a location close to Leavenworth and this property popped up. It was close to town and had enough room for our 2 families. The property owner was very quick to respond to messages and very receptive. There were several rules, but all were within reason and more then easy to comply with. The home provided all of us with a fantastic weekend and everything we needed and more (ie darts). Outdoors had a pool, hot tub, grill, sand volleyball court, picnic tables, hammocks, & basketball goal! The 5 kids in our group were never bored. Neither were the adults! The main strip in Leavenworth was within a walkable distance (if pressed… it was over a mile, maybe 2?) If we had any questions or concerns, Kelly was just a quick message away. We appreciated his attentiveness and allowing us to have a weekend getaway with our dear friends! We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Great place. The pool was great! Owner was friendly and helpful. One room is kind of a walk through and one room didn’t have AC. But those things were minimal and we loved the house.

This was my second stay at this property and it’s an amazing place! The house is great with two separate areas that gives some privacy to groups or individuals. Having the two kitchen areas was super helpful as we needed the refrigerator space. But used the main kitchen only for cooking. I love the big table in the main space! There was plenty of room for the 8 of us to eat and also play games every night. The pool and hot tub were where we hung out the most. Pool all day and hot tub at night for a little while. There were enough lounge chairs for all of us and a new shade spot with a lounger couch. So comfortable!!! Everything was clean and functional and all the ladies loved it!! I know we’ll be back again. Kelly was wonderful- very communicative if we needed something or had questions. Super helpful! If you need a place for a group or even just two couples - this is the perfect spot! It’s also super close to town but doesn’t feel like it. Can’t recommend it enough!!!!!

Close to other family functions. Beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed the pool, especially.

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. It is absolutely gorgeous! We had a wonderful time swimming, playing basketball, making smores, soaking in the hot tub, and etc... The owner was in contact with us for any questions we had. There is so much room so everybody had their own space. We will definitely rent this place again;)

It was a perfect place for our family gathering and surprise 70th birthday celebration. Loved the set-up and location. The beautiful weather made it even better.

Although these photos are stunning, they do not do the property justice. Everything was so much more beautiful in person! Spacious, cozy, and very clean. My friends and I had an unforgettable time and definitely plan on returning when we can. Thank you!

Perfect space for family to spend time together with enough space for personal time. Would love to come back in the summer time to use the Pool! Not far from town.

This property is perfect for a group of friends who want to spend some quality time together! It was one of the best trip we had in Leavenworth yet! The 6 people hot tub was a cherry on top ! Amazing! Kelly was super helpful and patient with us when our schedule kept changing.

Highly recommend staying here. It’s a short drive to Leavenworth and located in a quite neighborhood. The way the house is designed if you have two families you can actually split the house for separation or just boot the kids to one side.

I absolutely loved our time here. Perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space and own bathroom. The house was spotless. Everything you can think of was available to us. We didn’t have smaller children but if you did this house would be perfect as well. All the fireplaces were so cozy. We played games and all got to sit together on the very large dining room table. I know we will be back.

We had a beautiful time. The second unit did smell extremely strong of deodorizer, and mattress in kids room smelt like urine 😞

We had a wonderful time here. The homes were clean and very well decorated. Having 2 connected homes was really great with older kids. They had their own space and adults had our own. Kelly was very attentive to our every need. We would definitely stay there again.

This house was wonderful. Plenty of space for more than one family and very close to the village.

The property is as advertised, wonderful. With all the snow it was impossible to use any of the outside amenities. Mother nature, what are you going to do. The house was very large and comfortable for the six of us. I do have a couple suggestions. It needs a blender, a slow cooker and get rid of the broken coffee makers. It has a working coffee maker but two broken ones. I highly recommend this location.

A bunch of friends had the pleasure of staying at the Chalet for a scrapbooking weekend. It also happened to be Oktober Fest. The house is really two houses with a breezeway between. The house was pretty clean as well, with a main kitchen and a smaller kitchen in the other house. There is a nice pool and hot tub and a volleyball court so it would be good for a family. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property is advertised based on what you see in the photos. The remodeled garage/cabin has a large primary bedroom upstairs and bunk room downstairs. The main building has two bedrooms. Upstairs has a curtain facing the main family room. So if your late sleepers don't want to wake up early, move them somewhere else. The same is true for the downstairs bedroom, it's part of the pass thru to the other building. So no one is sleeping in there either. Just so you know...

Had a blast. Plenty of room for everyone and nice amenities.

This is a great property! Close to town but private. The pool was great! P.S. needs a cutting board tho 😂

The house was nice and was set up well for families. The outside was wonderful with a volleyball court, basketball court, pool and hot tub, BBQ area and table. The reason I couldn’t give it all 5 stars was because light bulbs were burned out and not replaced, the electrical outlet in my bathroom didn’t work so I couldn’t dry my hair in there, no bath mat for the bathroom, and one bathroom toilet was only for #1 but not #2 (which is hard for a 4 year old to understand). It was a very convenient location for hiking and going into town and very pretty. All in all we enjoyed it very much!

- Comfy, nice spaces for large group - hosts were communicative once we got there -kitchen had everything we needed - close to downtown -nice view and relaxing watching the deer - hot tub cold when arrived, they were still cleaning when we got there and it had been filled that day. It didn't heat up by first night because it was in wrong setting so they had to send us the information to change. It would fix it, then it reset over night. We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub as much as we wanted or as much as expected for what we paid. - Burn piles at neighbors houses smoked us out of the yard twice. - No hand soap in upstairs bathroom. - Had to ask multiple times for arrival information, host thought they sent information but never did until asked multiple times.

We loved staying at your property. It was more house than we really needed for just our family but we look forward to coming back in the future and bringing another family with us so the kids can keep each other entertained. Thanks so much for the awesome experience!

We had a lovely Christmas vacation at this house. Cozy and lots of room for the 5 of us. Short drive to town wasn't bad at all. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great trip to Leavenworth and this house was perfect!

This large house with an unusual layout seems to be set up for party weekends, but we chose it for the proximity to area day hiking. The kitchen is reasonable but not set up for real cooking, and the whole house is very dim at night — okay for tv watching but not much else. The hot tub was a major plus.
