I enjoyed interacting with some of the other guests.

(1) The shower curtain in the shared bathroom collapses all of the time. (2) The host did not have a paper map of the town to give to his new guests (and he was offended that I expected to receive one). [I’ve traveled all over the world, and 95% of the time the places in which I stay have maps of the town for their guests.] (3) The “free breakfast” was a disappointment: “Go to the bar 200 meters away and they will give you a coffee and a donut.” (4) The property seemed farther from the center of town than the “1 km” advertised. (4) And a small thing, the host had written the password for wi-fi on a blackboard in a way that was confusing to me and everybody else that was staying there. [When told about this, the host could not understand everyone’s confusion. When the various things that were confusing about it were pointed out, he argued that “it is perfectly clear”. And I’ll note that he had not changed it by the time I left.]

Il check in è on line; tuttavia, nonostante le mie mille ore di ritardo (il posto si trova facilmente... se non si ha il mio maps che odia la toscana - o la ama molto, visto che me la fa sempre circumnavigare), il proprietario mi ha dato comunque il benvenuto personalmente, pronto a spiegarmi le dinamiche dell'ostello. Io ero in camera mista, e non ho avuto nessun problema: l'utenza presente nel mio periodo è stata rispettosa degli orari e degli spazi personali. Il posto è tirato a lucido tutti i giorni, e sono presenti svariati parcheggi, sia gratuiti (Sulla strada e dietro l'edificio, dove c'è il parcheggio del Pam) , sia a pagamento di fronte all'isola dei tesori (Con 1.40 € ho fatto da sabato pomeriggio a lunedi mattina.)

Forse converrebbe fare le pulizie dei bagni due volte al giorno, dato il via e vai di molte persone :,) Comunque una stellina al mio cervello, che mi ha fatto prenotare solo due notti anzichè una settimana intera come minimo :,) Come da descrizioni qui su booking, viene fornita la biancheria da letto e da bagno (e anche le ciabatte <3), ma non il set cortesia, quindi c'è da ricordarsi di portarsi dietro un bgnoschiuma/sapone/similare.

Amazing stay thanks! The host was so friendly and accommodating making sure we had everything we needed. There were 2 kitchens available with all the essentials to cook breakfast and dinner. The host also provided lots of recommendations for the area. Walking distance to to the train station and shops in town. Would stay again if we’re back in the area!

Leo is a very welcoming host who is always happy to share ideas and recommendations for restaurants, hikes, wine bars, etc. :)

The place was very clean and and only 8 minutes of walk from the city center. Having a supermarket just under the place and being near multiple restaurants means that you are able to find a place to eat easily. For the cost the place is comfortable, clean and in a perfect location to visit the city. The host are helpful and accommodating which is a great plus.

The place has both bathrooms and the kitchen in common with other guests. While the rooms are spacious and the place is kept very clean, the comfort in those shared areas, is also partially dependent to how respectful other guests are.

Everything was very clean. The owner was in contact with me about all my questions and answered straight away. There we’re lockers to put away the important stuff and the bathrooms were good. The kitchen had everything that you need.

Maybe the shared bedrooms could have a little more privacy. A suggestion would be curtains around the beds. Or something to close while sleeping. Also a mirror in the room could be nice.

We really enjoyed being here. The whole apartment was really nice. Really clean really cute. We were a little afraid of because the bathroom and the kitchen are not separeted (as you can see in the advertiser), but everyone was really nice.

Well and fully furnitured. Helpful hosts. Great location with nearby supermarket and restaurants.

A little bit far from some bus stops and not many shops opening nearby.

It was all you could expect from sleeping in a dorm with other travelers. They give you a nice description for walking the city which was especially nice for me, since I only had a few hours to stay and left immediately the next day. There is a supermercato literally right next to the homestay, perfect if you're on a tight budget. The breakfast voucher is for a nice cozy pasticceria right around the corner. Generally the people were all nice and laid back from what I experienced

Compact apartment in a central location. The host was very informative and helpful and prompt to reply to communications. We only stayed one night but it had everything we needed.

It was situated on quite a main road so was quite noisy at night but this can't be helped.

rooms were cold, shower so-so, no lounge area, kitchen just for four ppl at a time,

they had a bathtub!!!

It was a fun place to stay. Pretty far from the city center but the place itself was nice, no complaints.

There was nobody from the staff around when I arrived.

Room was big, kitchen was well organised and the position of the flat was really a shot from city center

Convenience of location, good communications with host.

Unfortunately on the Saturday night/Sunday morning, some other guests arrived back very late, & were rather noisy; (though this could happen anywhere!). Also, there was a lack of toilet paper, & liquid soap i n the bathroom.

The location is very good and also the breakfast.

The staff didn't explain how does the check in and check out works and it is very confusing. In the bathroom many essential items missing and in the first night the heater in the bedroom wasn't working and it was extremely cold.

the staff is very attentive to cleanliness and needs of guests. given the low price range I would not expect them to care so much. nice kitchen
