Great place to spend a quiet time on the beach but close to the downtown area with awesome restaurants.

The place was just as described, everything was just perfect, the view, the pool,!the beach. Everything you can think of is there. Kitchen is well stocked if you wish to stay in and cook. The outdoor grill was great as well. Marylin greeted us at our arrival and made sure everything was good. Her and her husband were very helpfull and gave us good tips on where to eat abd what to do. 5* property..

It had been 30+ years since I had been in New Smyrna Beach, it was a wonderful visit and I really enjoyed my condo! It had everything a guest could need, I felt very comfortable. The master bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept very restfully. It was so nice to see and hear the ocean from my patio, the pool area large, well maintained, great lounges. My host, Marilyn was very attentive, making sure all was going well. Cannot say enough nice things about her! Thank you!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this unit for our long weekend in late May. The location was perfect for a quiet and relaxing stay. The unit has a great view and is close to many amenities. The hosts were very responsive and cared about our stay. If we needed anything they were only a text away. I would recommend this unit or any stay with this host.

Super nice owner (direct - not a company) and great communication. They want to assure you have a great time. Nice view of pool and ocean. Great pool temperature and nice grounds. Beach is amazing - both for kids and for people who want to ride waves on surfboards or boogie boards. Plenty of sand and beach toys for kids. Also umbrellas and chairs for the beach!

We had an amazing time, the host has everything you need for the beach and pool, easy to work with and accommodating! We hope to go back!

This place is located in pretty quiet area of NSB. We have never stayed in NSB before and was quite happy with all the food choices and shopping within a small 5 mile area. Favorite restaurants and stores: Mi Mexico, Chases, Taste of Italy, The Mermaid, The Garlic and Norwoods. Bealls and Publix nearby along with Dollar General Grocery. Our condo was excellent. Beds are super comfortable and having 2 bathrooms is very convenient with 4 women. Kitchen well equipped and comfortable livingroom/dining room. Enjoyed the balcony where you can see the ocean and the beautiful huge pool. People at this resort are all very friendly and even have some events in the club house like bingo and ice cream social. The condo also has lots of beach equipment if you want to spend the day on the ocean front! The pool is huge for laps too. Security gate for down to the ocean, keeps out riff-raff. Marilyn & Ed the owners are very helpful and easy to deal with. Had a few suggestions I sent them and they already have attended to them the same day we checked out. There are 4 washer/dryer units on each floor of the condo. This is the only inconvenience we had, we like having it in the unit, but no room for it here. The price is reasonable in the laundry rooms. It's helpful to not have to go off premises. THE BEDS ARE AWESOME! SO COMFORTABLE with the PILLOW TOPPERS she added to the beds. The sheets are nice percale (cold) like I like them ! I have to say its even better than my bed at home! You will sleep like a queen! You will enjoy your stay here ! Thanks Marilyn, I'm very glad we found your unit on VRBO. Did I mention how much I love the beds!!!!!!! Now back to snow and storms......

Our experience while renting this property was a very enjoyable time. My sister and I thought that this way of living, would be a perfect, long term place, to call home. The king size bed was very, very, comfortable, but the couch in the living room needs to be replaced or updated, & both bedrooms had a mouldy smell. Mold formation was discovered behind the window shades of the master bedroom, and on the chester drawers that was in the closet of the other bedroom. I do hope this info will be of some help for you, to correct the problem. Thank You.

Our children were very grateful to have use of the boogie boards and pool noodles! The kitchen was well stocked and the baby high chair and beach towels were an added plus!! Our stay at Marilyn's condo was fabulous. Couldn't be any better!!! Very clean and comfortable. Lots of toys and things for the kids in the front closet. My son tried boogie boarding for the first time and loved it! We will be back for sure!

We had a blast staying at Point East. The beds were super comfortable, had everything we needed in the kitchen and also the beach towels and beach chairs were great! The view from the balcony was so nice! Loved the location and DEFINITELY would stay here again. Marilyn was a very nice, helpful lady. All around loved everything and can't wait to go back.

First time ever at NSB. Very happy with our stay and with the owner. Check in and check out was easy process. Owner was very accommodating and made sure to check in via phone and be available during the week. Location was perfect.

Owners were very nice and attentive. The unit was comfortable with all the necessities of home. Will definitely stay there again.

It’s a sweet little condo, perfect for family of 3-4. It’s clean, located in a nice area. Slightly outdated appliances, but otherwise great.

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. There was plenty of room for the two of us. We enjoyed the view and the sound of the ocean.

We had a great time and the condo was great - perfect location, fully stocked, and even included a closet full of beach supplies!
