Posizione a 10 minuti dal centro di Rovaniemi. Lavastoviglie e sauna

Pessima esperienza con il check-in. Ho dovuto chiamare Booking per farmi assistere. Non rispondono mai né al telefono che ai messaggi nemmeno su whatsapp. Inoltre prima ti scrivono di andare in una via a cercare un ufficio che non esiste e dopo aver chiamato Booking ti scrivono dí andare altrove.Troppo stress per iniziare la vacanza ed il gioco non vale la candela. Inoltre gli orari del check in sono scomodissimi e rigidi. Per i bagagli ti chiedono 15€ a pezzo mentre nelle altre strutture costa 5€. NON consiglio questa struttura

Comoda posizione non lontano dal centro. Appartamento spazioso. Sauna finlandese all’interno del bagno, una vera chicca per chi vuole rilassarsi al caldo. Dotata di tutti i comfort e di un ottimo riscaldamento!

Pulizia un po’ approssimativa in alcuni punti. Non era un letto matrimoniale ma due letti singoli uniti.

The apartament is comfortable and cozy.

Even if the apartement is really nice, the communication with the staff was not good at all. It was terrible, we felt like they do not want us there Right after the booking I received a message in finish with the information about the check-in. It was said that the key should be picked-up at a certain address where their office is between 15-17 (after 17 the office is closed and we would receive the code for the keybox on the day of our arrival). One day before the arrival, I asked when can we do the check-in and no answer was received. However, on the day of our arrival we went to their office to get the key after 15 - there were minus 8 degrees and we were carrying heavy luggage. We arrived at the address just to see an empty office space in the building! They had moved some time ago - even so, the gave us the wrong info!!! I called multiple times and no one answered and at some point my calls were declined! Luckly, I went to the salon which is in the same building and asked if they know something about them. The lady there was very kind and provided the new address where they moved. It was approx. 1 km on the other side of the town!! We went there with all the luggage in the freezing day, with no assurance that we will find them there and with no information about the code for the keybox or anything else! While we were on our way there they eventually wrote me the new address (which was the same as we had already from the lady from the salon) and the code for the keybox. At the end we got the key and we got to the apartment, but they did not even apologize for the situation! Besides that, they *demanded* to take the garbage out w/o telling us where the trash bin is... It is a pity that such a nice place is managed by these kind of people.

Esta super bien equipado, limpio, y bien ubicado

Me mandaron un mensaje indicando que fuese a otra direccion (a 1km estando a -20 grados) a por las llaves, ahi no habia nadie y no me cogian el telefono, me dejo de responder a los mensajes y yo pense que me habian timado! Despues de 30 min esperando llamamos des de otro mobil y lo cogio y comento que estaba en el apartamento poniendolo a punto! Tubimos que volver a andar el km y ahi nos dio las llaves sin pregunar ni quien eramos. Era muy facil responder la primera llamada e indicar donde estaba y la h, no mandar mensajes contradictorios. Nose porque me dijo que fuese a otra direccion, y luego ahi no habia nadie en el horario que me mando ...

Sijainti täydellinen. Rauhallinen ja viihtyisä. Tarvitsemamme jutut lähellä.

It was supposed to be a double sized bed, it was 2 single beds studio. The pans were ruined To check-in is a nightmare. At first you have to walk to this rental agency place, just to find out that you can check-in after 1600. Luckily there was a library nearby and I did manage to kill 4.5 hours... Then you have to walk all the way to the apartment, 1km away from the agency. What about putting a keybox nearby the apartment instead of having this snakes and ladders? I'm still waiting for the check-in instructions vie email. After getting to the apartment, I started trying all the doors with my key in the building as I was not told the apartment number. Luckily at some point they answered my message, it's the A1 I would have liked a carpet for the bathroom floor. I used a towel instead Lots of drawers, instead we had cleaning products hanging around everywhere Unpractical soup dispenser with no soap nearby the sink
