Home set up perfectly. All couples can come and go as they please. We stayed in the bedroom in the main house and could not hear our friends make breakfast and coffee in the morning. Beautiful home and pool area. Great beds, sheets and pillows. 1/2 a block from Duvall it was surprisingly quiet and we could walk everywhere. Two thumbs up. We definitely would stay here again.

It was so calm and beautiful in the middle of Key West. Fun to enjoy the craziness of Key West and come back to the peaceful gardens and pool area of this home. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the serenity of this property.

This property is amazing and centrally located in Key West. It's a little bit of paradise located right off Duval Street. Very quiet area but close enough to night life. The property management company was very easy to work with and made sure we were well taken care of.

We had a wonderful time while at Key West. Need to say that we enjoyed the house so much that we stayed in must of the time. The pool setting with the palm trees and vegetation around it make it a perfect ambiance for hot summer days. I have to confess that we didn’t go to the beach at anytime during our stayed. The property is perfect to enjoy with family and close friends. Having a separate building for two if the master rooms is the perfect layout for group vacations. In conclusion spend the money you will not regret it.

This place was perfection. Great for our family of adults and partners as the cottage and main house layout allows for community and separation. The pool is fabulous and allows for plenty of sun AND shade…a rarity in the crowded neighborhoods around Duval. So close to everything yet so “apart.” Every amenity needed for a fabulous week. Lovely home in great location—the home is quiet but still close to all the action. The property is clean, well-managed and stocked with the essentials. Plenty of space to spread out, but the best is coming together at the wonderful pool area with beautiful royal palms. Our family enjoyed our stay very much!

The pool was a great size in a beautiful setting, and the water was warm! Everything was modern, clean fresh design. And best of all is the location, steps from what I considerer the best part of Duval. Close to the beach, Cuban coffee around the corner, CVS on the next block. Management responded immediately to questions.

The accommodations were great. Plenty of space for six adults (we also had in infant...need to introduce them to Key West early). The kitchen the perfect place to prepare the Turkey dinner will all the trimmings and room for the gang to consume a few glasses of wine...all had to "help" with the prep. Villa Luxe is a perfect property and had lots of room for our family to spread out and gorgeous common spaces for us to spend time together. We enjoyed the amazing pool nestled in a tropical oasis every day of our trip. The property is on a quieter street but still close to most anything you want to get to (Flamingo Crossing ice cream is right by the house). Our trip was full of adventure and Villa Luxe was the perfect spot to relax between the amazing restaurants (Blackfin Bistro, Hot Tin Roof, Latitudes, Banana Cafe, Moondog Cafe, Blue Heaven, La Te Da were some of our favs), fabulous places to visit (Hemingway's Home was a must see and loved exploring Fort Zachary Taylor State Park) and excursions (Fury's Ultimate Adventure, Ghosts and Gravestones Trolley Tour). Love this place and hope to come back!

This place is "Top Shelf". It's perfect for 6 People to have their ownsleeping space, yet enjoy the Chefs kitchen and hugeden, dining , and fantastic porch. Yes this place is a bit more expensive than others, but it will not disappoint you.

Gorgeous well thought out Villa. The floor plan is ideal, spacious, and offers everything. Love the privacy and how close it is to Duval. Just a short walk to everything: restaurants, shopping, bars, rentals, etc… A true hidden oasis. The palms were breathtaking. We will definitely rent again.

This property was exactly as described and pictured. Luxury with exclusivity and privacy. The management team at Historic Key West Vacation Rentals were fantastic and very attentive to our needs. We had a wonderful time and Villa Luxe made our time together so easy - we could each do our own thing but come together around the pool in the afternoons, in the kitchen for b'fast and obviously exploring Key West dinner spots, bars, etc. Villa Luxe afforded just the right amount of privacy and togetherness.
