Would recommend stay to others. Nice pool, easy access to gated complex and unit. Reasonable price for the value.

This was my first stay in this unit but not my first time in Coral Hammock. This one is my favorite. It has great pool access and enough privacy to not feel like you are on top of your neighbor. We will be back next year for sure!

I was originally looking for a place that was on Key West but this properties location was just as good. It was just about 45 minute drive over the bridge to get to Key West… About 20 minutes total to downtown. There was a washer and dryer in the unit in the washing machine made a really loud, whining noise. The dishwasher also wouldn’t work right and it was missing two of the wheels on the bottom drawer. The property management staff was courteous and responsive, but they did forget to give us the gate code before we checked in. Luckily, a resident arrived behind us and open the gate for us. Other than that, the place was impeccable. It was great to be so close to the community pool so we could cool off after a day out on the water.

this place was AWESOME. great location to everything. whether you are headed into KW for some activitiy and the beach or staying on Stock Island.....everything is just about 2 miles away. home was perfect. great location to pool and the fact that it was heated was even better since we were coming from snow! will definitely be back!

Beautiful house and location, the back deck overlooks pool area. Access to anywhere is easy with transportation The host had everything ready and we had no issues for the week. See you next year

Julia Loved the place we would love to return at a later date. Here are a few items that I encountered upon arrival as I am sure no one else lets you know what is going on~ Garbage disposal bound up (sink plugged upon arrival) I was able to free the disposal and clear the drain ~ flows well now Washing machine needs new gasket on it as it leaks at times and has Black Mold stains on it. I scrubbed it the best that I could, but the door gasket needs to be replaced Full equipped kitchen as advertised is short of what is needed Spare bedroom upstairs shower curtain has mold on it Some light sockets have only one plug working Master bedroom fan light does not work French doors (Patio) venetian blinds have molding around top on the right side missing and the left side partially broken Linen closet on first floor has a piece of wood setting on the shelf that was broken from something. Lounge chair on second floor balcony has a bolt on the back rest that is not long enough and when you move while laying on it comes apart This is not picking it apart but informing you of the few issues we encountered in case no one else lets you know We will be back for sure next year Thanks Bill and Irene Vershon

Perfect size property for 3 couples. Everything you need. The pool is an awesome place to relax and unwind in the sun or shade. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time relaxing poolside. The grill on the back porch was awesome for chicken wings.

It was clean and and relaxing, however the parking spots need numbers on them so you can park your car in front of the house.

Loved the house with the pool right next to it. Quiet community within biking distance to everything. House was clean and appreciated that we could check in early.

The pool was located steps from the back deck of the house....very nice!! The house itself was awesome, unfortunately we got the downstairs bedroom that had 2 twin beds!! The adjoining bathroom had a lock on the outer door so we had privacy in case one of our friends was too lazy to walk upstairs and use their "own bathroom"!!! Upstairs bedrooms were large with very nice attached bathrooms. The kitchen is small, but we only used it to make coffee every morning and fill the fridge with snacks and drinks! The rest of the house was nicely decorated. It was within walking distance to a great Italian restaurant called Roostica. The house is in a development right across from a CVS...very convenient for when we needed something. There were 6 adults in our group & we all enjoyed our stay very much! We wpuld definitely rent this house again!

Home was well equipped with paper products, and essentials. Floors were filthy our feet and socks were BLACK but ehh it's a rental. Some of the usual issues with a seasonal rental, one of the chairs downstairs on the deck was bent funny and one of the chairs on the second floor balcony had been broken by previous guests I think: as soon as I laid on it, a bolt fell off and the chair came apart. Other than these minor issues the place was wonderful and would gladly stay there again. My biggest complaint was the 10am departure time, at 9:45am there was a maid loading up the front porch with cleaning supplies making it hard to load up my own car to leave. At 10:01am some foreign lady unlocks the door and just walks in while I'm standing there in my underwear. I feel bad for the people checking out on New years morning Haha!

The rental was perfect for the 6 adults that stayed. the beds were comfortable and having 3 bathrooms worked out very well for our group. It was in a convenient location and it worked out well. The only complaint I have is the chickens and roosters. They are everywhere! Usually you think of roosters crowing only at daybreak, not these roosters. They crowed all throughout the night, sometimes every 2 hours. Especially since there are multiple roosters within the fence that encloses this rental property. Do something about the roosters and I would definitely come back!

The home is very nice. Pool is right in your backyard with easy access. Grill on patio.
