We had a great time staying at this property. The right amount of space for six adults and the screened in porch was perfect for relaxing. The pool and beach were only a short walk away. Hopefully we can stay again in the future.

As long time Hilton Head goers, this was our first time staying on Kiawah and we were blown away by its natural beauty! Perfect location-close to the beach, pool, bike paths and Freshfield Village. The interior was very clean and beautifully done, and just right for our family. We would definitely rent here again!

There isn't anything negative I can say about our stay, except that it wasn't long enough. Everything was top rate. Porch overlooking the water was great, firepit made it extra special. Kitchen was well supplied. Hope we'll be able to rent this home again in the future.

Overall an excellent getaway: comfortable, clean, a bath for each bedroom, screened porch overlooking pond, easy walk to the beach, large table for dining as well as bar seats for the kitchen island. We found the scent (from the laundry detergent?) on the sheets to be a bit overwhelming. Would have been awesome to have a shoe shelf by the front entry + some better knives in the kitchen + a toaster oven. But those lacks were minor compared to everything else!

The house is located on the water which made sitting on the screened porch perfect. The island is beautiful and felt safe. The house is a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our visit. We hope to visit again.

It was raining the whole time, but the house was perfect to cozy up on the couch and enjoy time together. The kitchen is well stocked and the kitchen table is great for playing board games. We were able to walk to the beach when we got there in only a short 5 minutes! We will hopefully be staying here again in the future!

Stayed before a cruise and really enjoyed the place and location. Clean, spacious and has everything we needed. Definitely recommend.

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and wonderful bike rides through Kiawah Island.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful condo. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the screen porch overlooking the lake. Just beautiful. We will be back again next year for sure!

Beautifully remodeled cottage home with convenient access to everything you would want on the island. Freshfields Village and Bohicket Marina are just a few minutes drive away. There is a bike path right at the home's entrance which leads you directly to a small bicycle parking area and then a short walk directly to the beach. We rented bicycles for the week for our family and added a bicycle cargo cart which was helpful in carrying the beach chairs and umbrellas. The interior of the home is very open and provides a very nice floor plan. We really enjoyed the screened in patio overlooking the pond. The owners are very responsive and the entire booking process and checking in / out was very easy and hassle free. Our kids had a great time and we definitely recommend staying here.

Loved this home. It accommodated our family of 8 adults comfortably for the long weekend and was convenient for the drive to all the wedding locations. We did not receive parking passes as promised ahead and our arrival was tricky at the gate when we had more than one car. Great location and access to the beach.

The accommodations were just what we needed for our family of 8 for a wedding on Kiawah. It was close to the venues, close to the beach. We did not receive the parking passes prior to arrival as promised and struggled with gate entry as a result.

Trip was prompted by a medical "scare" making us realize how important family really is. My husband's comment was, "This is the best vacation EVER!" Needless to say, we're already planning on returning next year, Lord willing!!

It was a cute cottage inside and the view on the back porch was so nice as well. I enjoyed our stay here wish we were able to go on certain appliances without a PIN code also the parking was really tight to get into other then that the place was just right!

The villa is in a nice quiet location on a beautiful pond teaming with wildlife. Beach access is an easy 5 minute walk. House is well-equipped kitchen-wise and offers beach chairs and accessories which is very nice. Comfortable and casual albeit a little smaller than widescreen photos depict. Exterior decks and doors could use a little maintenance but I’m sure that is hard to keep up with during busy summer months. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
