This home was the perfect size for our family gathering( 10 adults and 5 children). We all had plenty of space and easy access to the beach. The beach toys, kites, kayaks and other beach equipment provided was perfect! We will be booking this home again.

Large House in Exclusive Location right next to the Catamaran Hotel and Resort. We knew the house wasn't new, but we love the location and size so much that we had to reserve it. Our stay did not disappoint, we all had a fantastic time swimming and paddling on the bay & gathering in the private backyard grilling, soaking in the hot tub, and enjoying the sun. Nice job.

Thank you to Surf Style for all of your help, we had a great vacation...except for 1 noisy night the neighboring family had a graduation celebration. Otherwise it was quiet and relaxing for our large family of 13 adults and children, we already miss being on the bay.

The house more than suited the needs of our family size and was very comfortable. We were informed about an issue with the gate and ice maker, neither of which effected our stay but glad to know the management is on top of it. We will certainly reserve again!

If you're looking for a relaxing & quiet stay at a spacious waterfront house, this is it! The premises is huge and easily accommodated all 14 of our extended family members. We love this area and happy to return again Summer 2023.

The beach toys including kayaks and paddle boards exceeded our expectations. The location of the home and size of yard was great for the kids . It would be helpful to have cleaning supplies for the glass table and kitchen cabinets available. Surf Style management responded to every request promptly and professionally . We made great family memories and will be back !

A stunning location, but the property hasn't been kept up.

We absolutely love this house! The location is just perfect for our family, on the water but in a quiet spot away from all the hustle and bustle, with a huge yard, huge interior, and fully gated for our younger children. The location is why everyone rents this house for sure.and also the fact that you don’t have to worry about being extra careful to dirty anything- because the house is extremely old outdated and unfortunately smelled very bad The moment we walked in- The smell hit us like a brick wall . It smells like a very very old house that’s never been touched. Other than that it worked fine for our needs. One huge thing missing from the description is the fact that there is no community bathroom! there are five rooms and each has its own bathroom . Two bedrooms share a jack and Jill bathroom . One bedroom does not have a bathroom connected so that guest had to keep walking into the master bedroom if they had to use the bathroom . Also there’s a sign on the fridge that indicates the icemaker is not working. For the small fortune that we paid to rent the house I would have hoped that the owner could get the ice machine fixed or replaced. The Jacuzzi takes forever to get hot so keep that in mind if you plan to be. We couldn’t find enough ping-pong balls that weren’t already smashed to play. But we made the best of it with the corn hole game which was so nice to have. Also the fact that we had to be quiet and have our music not heard within a certain distance on the mission Bayside even during the day made it a little uncomfortable to keep having to turning music down If the owner could add a community bathroom that opens to the common areas repair all the broken tiles and do something about the terrible odor- the house would be great!

Every thing was fantastic,we used the Kayaks,paddel boards and sand toys for the kids the only thing i would change is all the different combinations.We hade a fantastic stay and i will be a repeat customer.

This location had me super excited. The location is great and right on the bay which made feeling the sand in my toes really nice. Went kayaking for the first time ever. The main beach was a 5 - 7 min walk. Super easy. Lots of space on the property. There were 9 of us and everyone was comfortable. 20 min or less drive to anywhere we wanted to go. The not so great is the home needs a bit of work done but it's mostly cosmetic. There is no community bathroom or 1/2 bath but that's pure convenience depending on your group. Some of the homes tech did not work or was missing entirely. Overall we had a great time and would likely stay at the same property again

A short and easy walk to Pacific Beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The entire property is gated so it was very nice for families with young kids, plus we felt very safe. The property is stocked with many bikes, paddle boards and boogie boards! Large kitchen.

Great location. Grandkids loved their own room. Outdoor activities ! Great place for entire family. Could use upgrade with few more pans , upgraded towels. Fans for ALL bedrooms . Would not hesitate to rent again. Thanks

A short and easy walk to Pacific Beach and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The entire property is gated so it was very nice for families with young kids, plus we felt very safe. The property is stocked with many bikes, paddle boards and boogie boards! Large kitchen.

The outdoor area on the bayside was the best part of the house and more than met our expectations. Sleeping accommodations were good (there is no twin bed in BR#4). Well provided with basic necessities and plenty of towels. However, this property suffers from a lack of property management oversight. Per the Welcome Guide, the "property is inspected before arrival". Based on the numerous issues discovered, that was simply not our experience. Too many items management should have known about were encountered. Deficient appliances, non-carpeted floors vacuumed but not mopped (as evidenced by black feet), bicycles in poor shape, sheds crammed full of sandy beach toys, chairs - of which many items were broken or junk. The most egregious issue, however, was the hot tub. It was operating improperly, had not not been cleaned/disinfected. It was contaminated with body fluids, and had a darkly stained oily "bathtub ring" around the perimeter. Enough said

This is our yearly family vacation. Wonderful place to stay with the whole family. Beach access is great and the Villa has a variety of water sports equipment to use.

This place is very accommodating. It had ample kayaks bikes and fun stuff. It was so Nice having easy access to the bay . Decent furniture and plenty of kitchen supplies.
