Perfect location for beach time and nightlife
We had 25 people in this house using twin blow ups in some of the rooms approved by owner. Plenty of room and amenities to accommodate us all.

For 5 years now we have rented Grafton Inn for the family to come together to celebrate the holiday. The house is perfect for us and easily accommodates all of us from sleeping, cooking, eating, and enjoying one another's company. The location can't be beat, as well as the hosts, and the house has all the amenities that we need. I look forward to staying at the Grafton Inn again next year!

Great place to gather with friends and relax and enjoy the view. Great restaurants and shopping close by. The house was equipped with everything you could need. Bedrooms were very spacious each with their own private bathroom.
We will definitely be returning.

We chose this place because it had plenty of bedrooms with private bathrooms to accommodate our family and out of state guests. The location was perfect for a relaxing day at the beach before the celebration dinner that night. Everyone enjoyed the weekend - only wish we could have stayed longer!

The location was amazing. Had a great time with our extended family. So many places in the house to have multiple areas to spread out. Watched the road race from the porch which was great. 2nd time at this house and would definitely go back. Ocean just a few steps from the porch. So convenient

It was great for us-all 'grands' were teens or older. We all know the town from previous visits, and a year living there. Beach access was great. and the weather couldn't have been better.

Excellent accommodations for our family vacation. Thirteen of us ranging in age from 85 to 9. Clean, quiet and comfortable bedrooms and each with its own private bathroom. The kitchen was super well equipped and the dining room table accommodated all 13 of us for shared meals. The location could not be better, beach across the street, walking distance to Martha’s Vineyard ferry, bike rental and quaint town. Margaret and her husband were excellent hosts. Highly recommend!

We have rented this property at least four times and always in December around the holidays for a family get together. The location can’t be beat and the house is comfortable for all of us and it has all that we need for an enjoyable stay. We plan to gather at Grafton Inn next year and the following years as well!

I have rented many different properties thru out New England for my sibling reunions. This Falmouth property now ranks at the top of the list of best places my family has gathered at. The house was spacious, charming, and most importantly very clean! So many positive amenities, lots of private parking, bathrooms in every bedroom, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and on the beach! Having first floor bedrooms was also a convenient feature. The property owner, Felicia, was quick to respond to my questions and the property manager, Margaret, was genuinely concerned about making our stay as comfortable as possible. This property was clean, comfortable and convenient. Definitely a place we will consider as a "redo" for future family gatherings.

Beautiful home
Perfect space for a group of friends and couples. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The location was perfect. Great views and charming house! Wonderful host!

wonderful as usual
Stately Victorian that did a great job holding up to gale force winds. Nice touches all around. Everything thought of. If we needed anything, a quick call to Margaret and we had it within a short time. We've been here many times and look forward to our next trip.

Return visit
This was our second year staying at this wonderful home. We were 3 generations with plenty of room to spread out. We had a great time cooking nightly family dinners after a fun day at the beach across the street. We are already looking forward to next year!

Weekend Getaway
This property was outstanding for 8 couples looking to get away for a safe weekend. The Inn had everything we needed and all the rooms were well kept, clean and comfortable. We highly recommend the Grafton Inn for a large group seeking to spend some time together!

Perfect House
Came for a funeral with family but the ability to be together and enjoy the lovely view lifted our spirits. Would love to come back at a happier time. I can’t imagine a better house for a large group at a perfect location.

Family vacation
We had a great week to make new memories and enjoy spending time with my 5 siblings and their families. There was plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment to cook many family dinners throughout the week. Nice yard space to add to the living space. We hope to return next year

Perfect for a group!
We did a small group retreat for 9 people and the property was perfect. The layout is nice, the owner and manager are responsive and kind, and the furnishings are nice. Very, very clean. Would definitely rent again!!

third fantastic vacation
My family of 17, ages 6 to 73, again had a fantastic time. The updated kitchen was beautiful except for the schizophrenic refrigerator with sporadically had "issues". Not a big deal as the 2 in the shed worked very well as did the ice maker. As always the house was immaculate and very welcoming. Margaret was quick to help with any minor issues that did come up (read refrigerator). Location across from the beach can't be beat and the younger kids were in to water every day even tho temps were in 70's. 10 bedrooms and 12 toilets can't be beat either. I almost don't want to post this as Falmouth is so peaceful and quaint and I wouldn't want that to be spoiled by "tourists" and it become a Hyannis.

Extended family vacation
This is our third time staying here. We love it for our family vacation of siblings, cousins, and children. There is space for everyone and it is a perfect location. We will rent again soon.

Fellowship Retreat
We are a group of women (15-20) that go away for a weekend once a year. We stayed here 2 years ago and loved it which is why we came back again in May 2019. It is a warm, cozy and welcoming place, and the enclosed porch is filled with sunshine when the sun is out(this year we had a lot of liquid sunshine). Lots of space to spread out and visit and talk or just gaze at the ocean with your morning coffee. With the beach across the street, great walking and private time as well. Good restaurant a short walk from the house, and a short drive to Falmouth Center. Small glitch with heating and local caretaker was right on top of it with repairman out within a very short time. A great time was had by all.

The house was perfect for our family reunion. Extremely well appointed, comfortable bedding, and several gathering spaces. The waterfront location was superb!

Family Reunion
We filled the house for a recent family reunion/90th Birthday party. Everyone loved the site, right across from the ocean, the spacious gathering areas and bedrooms with their own bathroom with most having amazing views. Margaret was very helpful with giving us local ideas for seafood and activities. Thank you! We hope to be back.

Beautiful Place
Loved our stay in this beautiful setting. Our entire family (22 of us) had plenty of room and plenty of places to enjoy each other's company. The property manager was a great help! We would stay here again! June 2018

A great home away from home for a large family or group
The property was in good condition, the location right across from the ocean was great, and it had plenty of parking and amenities (kitchen "things" like utensils, dishes, placemats, glasses, pots and pans) for meals at home. We recommend it and would stay there again.

A perfect spot for an extended family gathering!
We rented the Inn for a long weekend in November. There were 7 couples, so we had ample bedroom/bathroom combinations from which to choose. The kitchen was very well stocked - we were able to prepare two large dinners easily and the dining room was more than we could have asked for. The weather was spectacular, the view was great, and the accommodations perfect. Coffee every morning on the four season sunroom was so nice. Everyone had a great time and we are hoping to do it again next year!

Truly a lovely Oceanfront Victorian Inn!
My family just spent a most enjoyable weekend at this lovely house. It is very neat, clean, and comfortable and well equipped from the kitchen to the bedrooms. It includes a very helpful, cooperative caretaker. There are many windows and the views are superb, its location being directly across the street from the ocean. It is especially ideal for a large group.

best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental house !! .. great grill out back too. plenty of ref/frez space with 3 full ref/frez !! the Ice maker on the porch never ran out of ice !!

The best!
Fantastic! Everyone in one beautiful house with a great beach across the street. Loved that it had great views, private baths for all and a nice backyard for playing with kids and grill with outside benches.
