Everything was perfect

We have stayed here 3 times now. We love the house and the conveniences of Bayside. The host is friendly and always responsive. We will be back again.

We had an excellent family stay! The house provided ample space for all our needs, and the community's numerous amenities, proximity to stores, and a short drive to the beach made it even more enjoyable. Honestly, we could happily stay within the community with all it has to offer! We hope to be back again!

We enjoyed our stay at Bayside. The accommodations were spacious, clean and very beautiful & welcoming. We relaxed and enjoyed our time away in comfort.

This was our first time booking a house in Bayside and everything was just perfect for our family. We brought our dog with us and the house has a large grass area right across from the house, perfect for walking our dog. There is also a dog park nearby. The house was convenient to Fenwick, Ocean City MD, Bethany Beach, and Rehoboth. The house had everything we could have wanted for our family. We will definitely book this property again for a trip to the beach. Loved it!

Very relaxing vacation, house was in great neighborhood, clean area

Was there the week before Labor Day with 2 young children and other family members. House was as advertised and had all the things necessary. Overall the house was in good condition and in a great location. We've rented before in the same neighborhood twice before and this was definitely the best house out of all of them. There were a few issues but was able to contact the hosts directly and they were super responsive and took care of the problems as soon as possible. I liked how this rental was through owners rather than just a management company. Felt that the interactions were much more personable and positive. Would rent again for sure.

The house is set up to be kid friendly. We enjoyed bicycling, tennis, golf, and a pool.

My whole family including our dogs have stayed here for 3 years. Great community with lots of amenities and plenty of things to do within 30 minutes. We will continue to return to this home!

As usual our stay at Bayside was awesome! If only the weather was awesome too! Thank goodness the house had a lot of games!! We truly look forward to our stay at Bayside every year! the hardest part is having to leave and wait another year!!

The Commons section of Bayside is beautifully mantained. Landscaping is impressive. Perfect for an early morning bike ride and dog walking. The house is spacious and has everything you need for a week's stay. We enjoyed everything from the resturants nearby and the Fenwick Island state park beach area. We were blessed with great weather and an easy ride home.

The house is amazing and comes with wonderful amenities. We loved the community, different pools and Juicebox. The house had everything you could ask for and more and the owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Will definitely be back again!

We found lower refrigerator area froze our food. The clothes dryer timer did not work. Clothes dried but the dryer stayed on until we physically shut it off. Everything else was excellent. We all had praise for the house and location.

Bayside is an amenity rich community and HM Bayside complements the community beautifully. The owners have stocked the home with kitchen staples; nice furniture and decor. Wi-Fi worked well. Scott was quick to respond to inquiries. Highly recommend.

We spent two nights here on our way to Outer Banks. It was a great place to stay! Would highly recommend! Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable! Beautiful home! House owner is very nice to deal with! Check in was very easy.

We had a terrific week at this property. The home was spacious, well-stocked and organized, and the community is spectacular. The rental was clean and Scott was very responsive to our questions. We will absolutely look to stay here again and recommend this home to others.

Everything was great with our short stay. It was just right for what we needed. The only thing was the house was too hot even when the AC was on. Maybe the units need serviced.

The home is very nice and in a nice and quiet neighborhood with close proximity to a Harris Teeter! We chose the home because it was close to our son's home where we were celebrating our family's Christmas together (20 of us in total). We needed a home for part of the family to stay for the weekend. We had one minor issue - when we arrived the home had not been cleaned from the last guests. But I made a call to the owner who apologized and quickly got his cleaning company to come over and clean the home and restock it with towels etc right away. He also issued us a partial refund for the inconvenience. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure was great, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking! I would definitely recommend the home and we will likely be using it again when we have another big family gathering in the area! The Palmers

Perfect for a Thanksgiving Family get together. The kids loved the pool and plenty of outdoor space to run and tire themselves out. Kitchen was well equipped. Recommend bringing pot holders and turkey platter.

Perfect location for sons wedding venue. Very spacious and convenient. Nice quiet neighborhood with nice sidewalk and spaces to walk with our fur child. Communication was easy and check in / out process very easy. Will definitely be back. Thank you

We loved our stay at this awesome home in Bayside Commons. Plenty of room for our 2 families plus space for a visit by our family living in Ocean Pines. Would definitely return and highly recommend
