Almost everything. Location, price, tidyness.

Carpets on the floors made our child fall 3 times. Nothing serious, but might be dangerous to kids and elderly. Some sockets didn't work or were flimsy. 1 in the in living room and 1 in the kitchen. The fridge needs replacement. The freezing chamber was a solid piece of snow and ice, when we arrived. The locking mechanism at the by freezing chamber is almost nonfunctional and the light in the fridge didn't work too. Still, for this prize - it's an amazing deal.

Comfortable apartment, 5 tram stops away from Balti Jaam and the old town. Everything was nearby, tram stop outside the building and free car parking on the other side of the street. Everything that you need is in the apartment, even a long desk where one can get some work done. Shops, restaurants and a bakery are in the near vicinity. Will gladly return next time when in Tallinn.

The freezer was full of ice, so the fridge just needs to be defrosted.

Super comfortable apartment. Warm and cosy with everything you need. My husband is a light sleeper, but had no problems with the tram stop. Supermarkets are close by and it's easy to find a parking space.

All the necessary things like: vacuum cleaner, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen are there. Clean. Close to the tram and to the store.

Couch uncomfortable. It is ok for two nights, but with a longer stay of 4 people it would be tiring. For people who do not like noise, trams may be disturbing.

It was very clean and it was comfortable and quiet.

Staircase was unpleasant and stinky
