The location was really nice and the view from the condo was impressive. The condo could use some updating especially in the bathroom but overall the stay was good. I would recommend it as a place to consider if your staying in Miami.

My husband, toddler and 10 month old stayed and we really enjoyed our time. Amazing room setup and views. Worked perfect for us with little ones. ReAlly liked the property and location. Indeed restaurant on property is pricey but great food. David is a good communicator! Would stay again for sure.

Recommend using the Valet parking at the Marenas as space is extremely limited. Wonderful accommodations and beats views on the beach!

The listing needs updating, there is only ONE restaurant/bar on the property - M bar. Checkin only available 4PM not earlier!! But if your flight is earlier, like ours, there is a full bathroom available to use and they keep your baggage, if needed, until the room is ready. A bit more cleaning required but the overall unit is spacious and views were EXQUISITE!! We had an issue with the ice maker but the owner was very responsive and willing to help with any issues. Location is amazing - literally on the beach and close to many restaurants and supermarkets. Bikes are available for rental, if needed. Note: READ ALL INFO SENT BY OWNER AND PROPERTY!! I say this so you don't miss the fact that this is a RENTAL within the resort (so pack or shop like it's for camping - soap, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap etc.) The listing also prepares you for the cc hold and resort fees that are separate from the booking price - read the full listing info. Lastly DO NOT use "Pronto Taxi service" they are horrendous, long wait for the arrival then they charge a flat minimum rate of $25, even when going just minutes away! Use UBER - all amazing experiences with them. As long as the owner takes heed of all reasonable suggestions, we would definitely stay here again!!

This property is in the perfect Miami location. The beach was incredible as was the beach service. Everything you need is in close range, from food to the mall to grocery stores. The valet was very convenient as well. The condo was spacious and clean. The view was like nothing I’ve ever seen. We would love to return.

Exactly as described, perfect location right on the beach. Note that the pool area is a bit small, and also that you have to bring you own detergent if you want to do laundry...

Amazing views from this very clean condo. Beds very comfortable. Staff at the building were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Beach is beautiful. So wonderful to sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful views. Fully stocked kitchen and washer & dryer in unit was great. Host responds right away. Valet parking is an additional cost.

Great views from property. A few things need to be fixed and updated. The utensil holder in the dishwasher has holes so does not function well. Only 2 wine glasses and no dish towels. Knobs on bathroom doors need to be fixed and light fixture in guest bedroom needs to be fixed or replaced.

Great relaxing place plenty of shops and things to do. Recommend highly!!!!

This is a great place to stay. We went with another couple and the set up of two private rooms is great. Well worth the price you pay. I give the valet team 10 stars…. You will not go wrong with this place.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The condo was clean and comfortable with terrific ocean views.

Lobby staff were extremely nice and professional. Made the check in process easy during construction. Things are a little disorganized but when construction is completed it will be a first class place. The beach staff where you get towels and beach chairs was a different story. One particular individual obviously didn't like his job. While this tenant was waiting for chairs and towels she asked this person where they were his response was "can you wait or do you need them right now, honey" Very unprofessional and disrespectful to say that to a women. Trust me I corrected him and told him don't ever speak to anyone like that again let alone a women and rightfully did not tip him either. He came back at me and said "hey, we're all here to make money". Not like that your not.

Absolutely beautiful condo, with an amazing view of the ocean. Stunning sunrise view from the balcony, or the bedroom. Very clean, and spacious. In walking distance of stores, restaurants. Private beach downstairs. Definitely 5 stars. I will be back soon. Hopefully I can get this condo.

Pool was kind of small for a building this size. Overall, a great place for the price. Would stay there again.

Checking in was easy! Staff and property manager very good! The only thing the room needs a good paint job! Otherwise in excellent Location views incredible! Beach awesome! Loved it and will book again !!
