This was our 2nd time to Kauai and it didn’t disappoint. The condo was clean with large bedrooms and primary bath. There is a 2nd full bathroom but the primary bathroom was so huge, our family all set up there for the stay. We loved being on the 2nd story as we had a lovely balcony to sit on each morning with coffee and evenings with a book. Beautiful view and some feathery friends down below to watch. The location was super. If you are someone who loves morning/evening walks, this is a great condo/location. You could wander the path which borders the golf course, walk to the playground, or head down towards one of the resorts for a bite and stunning views. We bought groceries at Costco but Foodland was great for essentials or cravings. A quick drive from Hanalei which has always been one of our favourite places to spend a day. Kitchen was well stocked with all the amenities needed. Bathrooms had sufficient towels but wish there was more TP for a two-bedroom condo and a 2wk stay. Homeowners were excellent at communication. The only thing the condo didn’t have that I wish it did, was a little table on the balcony to set down a coffee mug. Would be a great addition! We struggled a bit with check-in but that was solely our fault as we got in on a late flight so had difficulty finding our way around the condo complex at 1am. A map would be helpful for future guests in the same pitch-dark situation. When we visit Kauai again, we will definitely check if this condo is available.

Very nice condo. Clean and spacious for our family of three visiting Kauai. Very well located in a relaxing and quiet neighbourhood. Close to all that the North shore has to offer. Loved Tunnels Beach, Hanalei and Ke’e. Driving to other parts of island was easy. Condo has everything you need. Would highly recommend.

It ended up raining for most of the week while we were here, so we didn’t take advantage of the pool or golf course. I think during the warmer months, it might be too warm for us in the living area. The rooms have AC though, which was great! Most places in HI don’t have AC throughout, so it’s normal. This location was quiet and peaceful and safe. We loved hearing the wind through the trees scattered throughout the property. The place was clean. Ants are a real thing in Hi, so plan on keeping your food in the fridge or micro. There were plenty of dishes here, and the washing machine was a lifesaver. The host was very communicative and nice. Would recommend staying here again! You are about a 30 minute drive into Kapa’a, but only 10 minutes from Hanalei if you want something more village-feel. At the entrance of this property is a grocery mart and gas station and a restaurant, so you can get what you need easily.

This property was awesome. Plenty of space for four adults. It was clean. The location was excellent. We loved it and would definitely stay here again whenever we are in Princeville.

The location of this condo was great, especially if you spend most of your time on the north shore. There was plenty of room in the condo, very spacious master bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked with coffee maker, rice cooker, plenty of pans and everything we needed. Great communication with the owners. We will be staying here again on our next visit🌈🌴

My adult daughters and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo in Princeville. It was very much as described in the listing and for me the added bonus was they had a hot water pot! The kitchen is extremely well supplied, and having a full-sized washer & dryer was very helpful with all the hiking that we did. The bedrooms were on opposite ends of the unit, so private, and each had it's own AC unit, which worked well to keep the rooms cool provided you kept the door closed. The main living area did get a bit warm at times, but often would cool off with the breezes in the evening. The property is very well maintained and there are flowering shrubs everywhere (and wild chickens). We were treated to the sight of a Laysan albatross nest with parents & juvenile that decided to live on the property right next to the walkway. The Princeville is convenient to Hanalei and the Na Pali Coast trail, but is a bit of a haul to Waimea canyon.

Property owner gave great detail to attention with great pillows for beds and quality toilet tissue, not to mention equipment to use, cooking ware to utilize and well prepared property.

This was a comfortable, well-stocked condo that pretty much had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the small complex, in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a nice place on the North Shore.

We thoroughly enjoyed at stay. Coffee on the terrace in the mornings, listening to the birds, were a highlight. We also loved seeing the baby albatross. We visited the pool every day and enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. We were very comfortable in this condo.

Property was perfect for my trip. I specifically wanted a place with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The layout was great as each room was on opposite sides. Property was clean and not too far from a grocery store and several restaurants. Would recommend if you want to stay on the north side of the island.

Overall great experience! We love your condo and the location is great! Not enough TP provided for a 2 weeks stay for 4 people. Also there was a note for guests to start a load of towels when they leave but no Kai dry detergent provided. Love the new pillows!! We would definitely rent again in the future!

The condo is very comfortable and has a well-stocked kitchen. The owners are easy to work with. It’s a great location. We would definitely stay there again.

Short drive to the best beaches on the island and restaurants. Only complaint is that the snorkel gear looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

A great location with a simple layout that gives plenty of space for friends, two couples, or a small family. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms nice and large and the living area functional! We did keep windows open for breezes at night to assist in keeping it cool - had to use the AC twice to kick start a cooldown but even in the hot heat of August, we were more than comfortable without AC. Laundry is always a plus in Kauai! And Wohoo for my 4th Mango Festival!!!

This unit was great for us. The unit had a good breeze to keep it comfortable during the day and night, and both bed rooms had AC units for additional comfort at night. Easy location to get to, easy check in, met some neighbors at the pool who were great, and the washer and dryer were fantastic to keep our wardrobe needs down on this trip. Owners were great to work with and we’re looking forward to returning in the future.

Our family with two teens enjoyed staying in this condo. We had everything we needed and it was a nice location. I would recommend this place to other families, or couples.

Great value. There’s no central AC so it can get hot during the daytime in the common areas (esp b/c we’re on second floor), so best to have activities planned to keep you out during the day…

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! It was the perfect size for us and we loved the Princeville area. Just keep in mind that even with the portable AC provided, the rooms can get a little hot (which is expected in Hawaii)- still 5 stars from us though!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location to explore the island. Beaches, restaurants and activities were all nearby.

My husband and I stayed here for the second week of our Honeymoon which provided a perfect base for us to explore the North side of the island. We had a rental car and never struggled to park. Nothing was too long a drive away. It's a 3 min drive from the Princeville centre which has a great supermarket and a selection of shops and restaurants. The condos were quiet and set in lovely gardens. The lounge had a lovely view of the mountains. The place itself was clean, spacious, modern (which is a struggle to find on the island), and really well equipped. Bed in the master bedroom was also super comfy (I'm sure the bed in the second bedroom is as well but we didn't use it). The condo can get quite warm over the course of the day when you come back after a full day out but soon cools down once you open the balcony doors and windows and get the breeze through. There were portable AC units in the bedrooms. We used the one in the master bedroom occasionally to keep us comfortable overnight. Hosts were responsive when we had questions. We would definitely recommend staying here.

This was a great condo in a great location on the north shore for our Kauai vacation. The place was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The AC units in the bedrooms was a huge plus. Access and parking were both very convenient. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Princeville.
