The property was very clean, the A/C worked great, and the beds were comfortable. The layout worked for our group of three with two wings off the main living area. It took a bit of work to find the house when checking in because the number on the outside was different then the directions. As advertised it was is a short walk from the beach. The internet was a bit of an issue. The wifi network / password provided did not work. We reached out and the host wanted to know if the phone was working - we had already left for the morning so we did not continue the “troubleshooting.” Just before we left we found the router and were able to read the tinny 15 character password off the label (not the network name or password provided) the network issues also effected any hope of getting the TVs streaming. Overall the house was a bit worn down and needed a refresh, things here and there were broken and scuffed: broken tolet lid, missing towel bar, electric wires hanging on the wall etc. In addition to the internet issue it was disappointing that it was not disclosed a house was being built next door 30 ft from two of of the bedrooms. Construction starts at 7:00AM even on Saturday - so quite it was not. With the issues, condition, construction and location the overall price for two nights with taxes, cleaving fee, service charges seemed high at just under a thousand dollar.

The place looked exactly like the pictures and walking distance from the beach! Everything was perfect!!

We had a good family time together stay, Abe was great to work with, we got to check in early to the property. However we will never go in July again it was way to humid and windy for us.

I spent 3,000 to stay their for a week. The pictures matched the house. A/C worked great except for in the 4th bedroom. Basically everything in the house is from the 90's. There were even VHS tapes there lol. The 4th bedroom is really hot. The a/c doesn't reach that room whatsoever. There is a fan but after a few minutes in that room you are sweating. Before or during my stay, I never heard from the owner and that was disappointing. The whole week they were building and doing construction to the house 5 feet to the left/the neighbor house. It was loud and kind of defeated the purpose of staying on a private relaxing beach. All week, it was loud construction work and the worker's loud music. The owner didn't tell me that they were building a house right next to the rental property. The house always seemed to have a lot of flies inside, but don't worry, the owner provided 2 fly swatters because obviously the owner is aware of the problem. Nonetheless, the house is second row from the beach. The beach is only a short walk from the house. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. However all of the beds are very old and not firm. Not good for anyone with even minor back issues such as myself. I took my 75 year old father and he slept on the couch because of the poor quality of the beds. The house did have a garage which was nice.

Excellent ocean view location! Short stroll to quiet beach. Huge patio with plenty of chairs, lounges and table. Nicely stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great linens and pillows! Very responsive host and accurate listing. Will recommend this home and stay here again on future visits!

Beautiful views! Awesome big patio, clean, close to the beach. We will be back! So nice that all the rooms have normal size beds. The check in and out was so easy! They don’t ask you to do a million things like some other rentals.

The house was great. The property manager Ana was very helpful. She even arranged for ice cream cake for my son’s birthday. We will definitely stay again on our next excursion to rocky point.

My wife, kids and I are second generation Rocky Point visitors. We've built, rented and sold two homes on the beaches of Las Conchas over the past 30 years. We were so pleasantly surprised to find this second-row GEM! The property has a beautiful view and access to the beach is just a house or two down the way. The layout is great with a main room kitchen overlooking the ocean, and bedrooms out to the sides for plenty of privacy. Being on the ocean with salt and corrosion, there are so many things we've learned require constant attention to stay as nice as this property is. Property management was stellar. Out of everything excellent, communication with the property managers was the part that took this home rental experience for us way over the top. Highly recommend!

Everything went well, except the roof leaks. I suspect we were there during the biggest storm in years. Good views, easy walk to the beach.

Communication with Able and Anna was excellent. They were flexible and wonderful to work with. The view was beautiful. Beach access was easy. We could have used at least baking dish but we will know for next time, We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again.

This property was breathtaking! Everything was as expected, with no issues whatsoever. The owner is friendly and communicative, without being overbearing. The AC cooled the house down fairly quickly, and the water pressure was great. Giant balcony upstairs means for awesome sunsets and wave watching. The beach is a quick walk away. We stayed in closer to the guardhouse last time we came, and had issues with the rocks. This house is located in section 2 and the rocks were basically nonexistant! I highly recommend staying at this house, you wont be disappointed!

It was our first time as a family visiting Puerto Peñasco and we couldn’t have been happier with our VRBO selection!! It was my wife and our two daughters, my sister and her fiancé and my parents decided to join. This awesome house truly made our trip special and memorable. From the views, to the location by the beach, to the large outdoor patio and the 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms - this house was perfect for my family. The walk to the beach is less than two minutes, you walk down 2-3 houses and it’s right there. We felt super safe in this area at all times, and we even spotted security cruising around the streets multiples times during our stay, we’d smile and wave and they’d wave back. We rented Kayaks and they delivered them and left them in our driveway, saying “this area is very nice and safe, we can leave these here overnight and no one will take them.” Sure enough, they stayed out two nights and were never messed with. . . We’d highly recommend this Beautiful House!

Beautiful property with amazing views. Quiet and clean neighborhood and super close to the beach. Out of all the places we have stayed this is by far the best and we can’t wait to return. House was very clean, super nice, and has everything you need!

Great location, great layout, responsive owner/agent, but house was dirty. Had slight A/C problems. No dish cloths or dish towels provided. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Luckily, we only needed 3 of the 4 BR's, because the shower in East BR was totally moldy. Ceiling fans had inches of dirt & grime. A/C ceiling vent was same as ceiling fans; looked never to have been cleaned. A bit afraid of what the air filter looks like underneath. If cleaned up, would totally rent again.

This property is beautiful, location, the views has everything you need. My family and I had a great stay. Experience in Puerto Peñasco overall was amazing, will definitely be returning.

My family and I had an awesome stay! House is exactly as described. A short walk to the beach and not too far from downtown. WiFi is a bit choppy but I expect that with the location and as many people on it at once. All the beds were comfy with the exception of one being a little too hard to sleep on. Kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils and we loved having a grill to use. Abel was nice enough to offer us a late checkout too. He also answered all my questions in a timely manner and made the booking process very easy. Overall, we had an awesome time here and look forward to coming back!!

We loved our stay, house was clean, beautiful views, close to ocean. Definitely worth the money. The only down was the TV in the master bedroom did not work.

the average night in mexico for the weekend of my stay was below 55 degrees and me and my group had no heat for all three nights. to make matters worse, the fireplaces that i would assume are for backup if the heat didnt work, did not turn on. one of the people in my group ended up breaking the glass on the side table trying to bring one of the heavy candles to burn and stay warm by the couch. so if you decide to stay at any other time other than the summer i would advise against not staying. the wifi didnt work at all which is one of the extra amenities included in the house that is paid for. the tv in the second room did not turn on. the showers did not stay hot for longer than a couple minutes and mix that with it being constantly cold, my entire group left back home with a cold. the refrigerator along with the freezer both smelled like old fish which spread throughout the house. the view is beautiful but other than that, its just a big nice looking house without essential needs for a beach area home. wont be booking with abel again.

The property was very nice, comfortable, clean, (a little sandy though, but to be expected at a house on the beach). We had plenty of room for 8 peeps, and were just thrilled with the location. Thank you so much!!
