The location and property set up was perfect for our family’s spring break trip to Lauderdale-By-the-Sea. Would definitely stay at the property again.

The location near the beach and restaurants was perfect. The house was just the size we needed with 4 bedrooms. In unit full kitchen and laundry were a plus. Customer support was outstanding and prompt. The pool was perfect. We would definitely consider renting again.

This house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and perfect pool for the kids. The location was great. We walked to restaurants and shops as well as the beach.

Location is amazing. Only real issue I had with rental is having to do so much for cleaning before leaving after vacation was over I thought that was included in the rental. Pots and pans can also be upgraded a bit.

We have family here and needed a place to use to explore South Florida as well as to chill. Villa Margarita provided that as well as comfort and amenities to relax like we would at home.

The house was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 adult children along with their 3 friends. Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants as well in walking distance. The pool is small but still worked out perfectly for us. If I could do anything over I would have added cleaning service at least once or twice. The vacuum they had didn’t pick up any dirt so I had to try and use the small vac. Also the frying pans could used replaced as they were in pretty warn out shape. My only other complaint is the master bedroom was always hot due to the sun beating in. I kept the blinds and curtain closed and that helped a little. These are minor things I would complain about. We would stay here again. Everyone loved the place and the location.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the beach, stores, and several wonderful restaurants. The house was fully equipped and we didn't need a thing. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, and even a beach cart which was so handy for hauling our gear. The pool was so refreshing with 2 lounge chairs and a table with 6 chairs for outdoor dining or just hanging out sipping on your morning coffee. Tanya was available to answer any questions or address any concerns. Also, the house was spotless when we arrived!! Our family vacation was a success and we can't wait to come back!

Super clean, walking distance to beach & all restaurants! House had everything needed for a large group. Kitchen & linens fully stocked. We really enjoyed the house and communication was excellent.

A dream location for vacation! So close to the beach, shops, restaurants, and even the farmers market on Sundays. We loved relaxing in the pool after the beach and having the playground right across the street.

We could not have asked for a nicer place. The pool is small but the kids had tons of fun anyway. The place was spacious, beautiful and spotless. We would love to come again!!

We loved staying at Fort Launderdale By The Sea. The home was walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, live music, the pier and the beach. The layout of the home was perfect for two families. We had a few maintenance issues, and I’m confident the manager would have fixed them if we had reached out since they had incredible communication the entire time, but we chose to either fix them ourselves or ignore them while we used the space because it wasn’t too big of a deal. We did let them know the issues when we were checking out so they’d have the chance to fix them before the next guest. All in all, we’d definitely return.

The property was perfect for our vacation. It had everything we needed. We were close to family, walking distance to the beach, downtown Ft. Lauderdale and the park. We will definitely book this property again.

We loved our stay at Villa Margarita! Nicely appointed home, with comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, a fantastic pool/ backyard area, and everything in working order. The best part is that it's in walking distance to everything (beach, grocery, farmer's market, restaurants) and a short uber ride to other areas (Las Olas or Pompano).

Everything about this place is awesome! The property is spacious and clean, the location is awesome, and the pool is terrific! Highly recommend! Definitely want to stay again!

(note: they are open on TH, F, S only. Pie day is Friday) Our teenage boys utilized the pool and basketball court down the street every day. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and so much more! It had plenty of towels and all of the beach equipment was so nice. There were chairs, umbrella, coolers, beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards and top it all off - a couple of wagons to haul everything with. Property managers were very responsive. Within a minute or two. A couple of things that are important to note. These are not negative comments - we just were not aware when we booked the property because the description was not clear. 1. The property is a duplex and the pool areas butt up to each other. Noise inside the house was not a problem. 2. The property has 3 floors - the first floor is the living space with a small bathroom. The second floor is 2 king bedrooms with full baths in each along with laundry room on this floor. The third floor is 2 double twin bedrooms with a full bath. We just wanted to note this because if you have small children, you may not be sleeping on the same floor as them. Or if you have difficulty with stairs this might not be a good choice for you. We didn't mind it because our teenagers were on a separate floor and we couldn't hear them when parents went to sleep. 3. The pool area is nice but small. Great for small children - not for 4 big teenage boys all at once. Would I stay here again? Absolutely without hesitation. You will not be disappointed.

Great place, ample space, kitchen stocked very well with necessities, plenty of towels/linens, walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops.....hope to stay here again!

Lots of room in this lovely unit very close to everything you could possibly want. We chose the property for the location which was exactly as we had hoped - walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The few times we needed to contact the property manager replies were prompt and the only time we needed maintenance (a minor issue) someone arrived nearly instantly. Property was clean and well-stocked with all of the basics for the beach which was important to us since we had flown in for this trip. Great kitchen! We hated to leave. Just a few things to note - not negatives just points of potential interest. Pool and pool area are on the small side but adequate. TV is all “Internet” TV - Netflix and the like. No local antenna or local channels. This only came up for us because we arrived the same day of a potential storm but the Internet, of course, had the info we needed and property manager also kept us up to date on the latest weather conditions. Overall this was a great stay and if we are ever back this way we wouldn’t hesitate to rent this or one of the “twin” properties again. We are also looking at potential investment properties in the area and I also wouldn’t hesitate to use this management company to manage my own rentals!

We had never been to Fort Lauderdale and were so pleased with the location of this property. The house itself is wonderful! The amenities that it offers with an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area makes it easy for everyone to be together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very spacious and up to date. The laundry facilities (and even some bonus laundry soap and dryer sheets) were so nice so we could quickly wash whatever we needed to. The only reason for the 4 stars for cleanliness was because of some build up in the washer and spots on the couch. Nothing that made us feel the place wasn't well cared for. The pool and outside patio were perfect for some private outdoor time to read and enjoy the sun. The landscaping made us feel like we were in our own island paradise. The icing on the cake was the location of this house. When they say that everything is within walking distance, they aren't kidding. We walked to countless stores and restaurants each day. Also, the quick walk to the beach every morning for the sunrise was so enjoyable. Finally, the added bonus of beach supplies (cart, wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys) was so nice! It saved us quite a bit to be able to walk down with the stuff from the house, rather than renting on the beach. Working with the owner was seamless and the check-in and check-out process was the easiest I have ever had, and I have stayed in many VRBO, HomeAway, and AirBNB properties. Thank you for an excellent home and stay in paradise!

Great spot, close to everything— you really don’t need a car to enjoy the area. Nice house, clean, comfortable, well-equipped, quiet location. Responsive management. Couldn’t be happier with our stay!

This was our 2cd year and will be back next year. Love the codo and the location. Great staff to work with.
