Great location and overall had great communication!! Full kitchen which was perfect for our stay with family and friends. Located right on the boardwalk and had front row seats to the air show!

We have stayed in Ocean Mist the last 2 years and never had any issues. However, this year we had several maintenance issues. Freezer was totally out of order. We lost a lot of food that we brought with us overnight the first night. Did not stay cold at all and water leaked constantly on the floor, which is very dangerous. Garbage disposal leaked under the kitchen sink Black mold in the bathrooms, this was not good for guests we had respiratory issues. Wall outlets on the north wall were not in working order.

A group of childhood friends got together to spend a weekend on ocean city. Our concert plans were canceled, due to a hurricane. but we had the best time enjoying the condo. Its spacious, clean, and the views are breathtaking. The beds were very comfortable! The condo is modern and up to date, which is hard to find in Ocean City. We look forward to staying at this condo again!

We loved staying here. Inside is much nicer than the outside. We didn’t like that you had to exit from the back into the alley when going on the boardwalk. There is a lot of space in the every room.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved that we could walk down to the boardwalk at any point in time to grab breakfast, lunch, dinner, ice cream, late night snacks, or shop. The location is excellent because it’s not on the extremely busy part of the boardwalk, but close enough to be able to walk to the rides. We loved being able to jump in the pool after coming off of the beach. The condo was very spacious compared to others we stayed in. It was very clean. The owners were very responsive and provided excellent details about what to expect prior to checking in. My ONLY negative comment I have is to MAKE SURE you do not mistakenly take the provided parking pass home with you and then throw it out when you realize it. One of the members of our party learned this the hard way and had to pay a fee that wasn’t cheap. If they didn’t get rid of the pass then it could have been mailed back. Just a heads up to anyone in the future if that happens…let the owners know and mail it back!!! Not the owners fault, just putting this out there that they will gladly accept it back in the mail if you mistakenly take one.

This condo is great! Plenty of space, spacious patio right on the boardwalk and the owners are responsive! They provide great details on how to have the best time while staying there. I would highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying again in the future!

This location was absolutely perfect, clean, well kept, and a wonderful location. I went down with friends but we are looking to return with my family in the spring. I would recommend to anyone!

We enjoyed out stay. Right on 6th street, so it's a prime location for people watching & giving the teenagers some freedom while still being close. We had a couple of issues, but the owners were very quick to respond & help. The condo is right above the shops below, so expect noise and thumping music until they close. The balcony is amazing but the flags from the business below are in sight of the ocean. Not a huge deal but when you're paying this much, you start to nitpick. There are extra pillows and blankets to use but make sure you bring extra pillow cases (not enough included in the linen package) and extra sheets for pull out sofas. The blankets available for use in the closet need a good washing. The unit was clean but we did have to rewash several things in the kitchen. Make sure to read the fine print - it says there *may* be trash bags, dishwasher soap, paper towls, etc. So basically you need to bring your own. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

The beach front property with many restaurants around. Family enjoyed the stay and walk on boardwalk late in night. The property supposed to have beach chair and umbrella but were missing from storage room and sofa could have been cleaned underneath seating.

The place was very nice and clean. We would have preferred a king bed rather than a queen bed with an lumpy mattress. Loved seeing all the kites from condo.

This condo couldn't be any nicer. Plenty of room! Loved the location. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the kites flying at the Kite Loft. One of the shop keepers below us played music every day from 10 am to 10pm which was annoying sitting out on the balcony, but I emailed the condo owner who said he would take it up with the building manager. Hopefully, they can resolve it.

The rooms were very spacious. Everything was provided and it felt just like home. Loved having assigned parking so we could leave aand not have to worry about finding parking when we returned.A great place to stay. Will definetly be back.

The only complaint about the condo was the breakers kept tripping

Besides a few things in the house that were dirty upon arrival, the house was great. Perfect location, no noise or issues in the building, and amazing views. Would book again for a short weekend.

Clean, nice view. Only con is that the beds are too soft and we all left with back aches.

Beautiful condo set up. Plenty of open space. Great patio. Great location if you like hustle and bustle, in which we do. It is loud until late but that's what we wanted. Highly recommend. So much fun

Sliding door going onto deck seems to have an issue with gliding. Not sure what the issue is. Over great condo!

Beautiful space Loved everything about it

We had a nice 4 day weekend stay, off season in May. The condo is so spacious - perfect for our stay consisting of two families, 5 adults and a baby. Although this condo can easily accommodate more! We had never stayed right on the boardwalk. It was nice to be able to take walks, bike rides on the boards and to just be so close to everything. Would definitely consider renting this property again!!!

This is a wonderful place to stay and perfect for experiencing ocean city.
