Gute Lage, Strand nur durch ruhige Uferstraße getrennt, sehr bequemes Bett ruhige Klimaanlage gute Zimmerausstattung, Safe kostenlos, guter Parkplatz hinter dem Hotel für 2 Euro am Tag, kleiner Pool mit kostenlosen Liegen, gutes Restaurant, offene und überdachte Terasse
Die Getränkepreise im guten Restaurant sind u.E. etwas überhöht [Glas offener Wein oder Aperol 8 Euro] aber es ist Urlaub…, schöner Ausblick von der Terrasse

Hôtel familial, situé à environ 4km du kotor. Environnement agréable et belle vue depuis la terrasse sur les bouches.
Chambre correct, grande literie confortable.
Personnel agréable.
Parking privé disponible où garer sa voiture.
Le petit déjeuner était insatisfaisant : peu de produits, aucun fruit frais à part une petite corbeille, un seul type de jus qui semblait industriel. À 9h15 il n'y avait déjà plus de cake, de pain et de jus... inadmissible. Le comble : nous devions nous même débarrasser nos assiettes et couverts. Pas digne d'un 4*.
Chambre très standard, sans âme. La salle de bain commence à vieillir. Pas d'équipement particulier à part un frigo, une clim et une petite TV. Pas de tapis de bain.

Parkplatz Auffahrt für mein schweres Motorrad nicht optimal. Durfte aber unten neben dem Hotel sicher parken. Für Autos hingegen perfekter Parkplatz.

The location is amazing! Right on the Bay of Kotor! The staff was exceptional from checkin to the restaurant. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable.
I can’t think of anything except our door was squeaky.

Einrichtung war modern. Personal sehr freundlich. Kotor schnell erreichbar. Total schöne Aussicht über die Bucht von Kotor.
Pool war grün veralgt und wurde trotz Aufforderung während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Pool befindet sich bei Gebäude B und ist mit schlecht verlegten Kunstrasen umgeben. Frühstück täglich gleich mit wenig Auswahl. Kein Fahrstuhl.

Great location near the old town. Free parking. We were located in the secondary building, but the main one is in front of the sea and looks at the bay. Attractive and well-maintained facilities.

It was in-front of a sectioned off public swimming area which was great. Large rooms and ok breakfast. Free parking for guest which is a bonus.

Small beach right across the road. Kotor old town 10-minute ride. Quiet relaxing place.
I didn't like the narrow road to get to the place. It was a bit anxious to get to. Drive slowly and patiently.

Helpful and friendly staff, very large and clean room and great location away from the business of the old city. Enjoyed the evening entertainment in the dining area.
Cash deposit for a towel for guests, bathroom made some very loud noises with the pipes and maybe the neighbors water usage.

Beds were comfortable and a bigger size one person bed. Rooms are clean. Good shower. Beautiful views on the bay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site served delicious food.
The hotel was fabulous, no complaints at all. My stay in Montenegro was too short because it’s such a beautiful country with old fashioned hospitality and staff that takes pride in their job.

Highly recommendable hotel in the outskirts of Kotor and overlooking the bay. The location is away from traffic, noice and dirt from Kotor itself. The rooms are very nice and comfortable including the beds. I can really recommend this place.

We love everything at this hotel. Food was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them to accommodate us. Receptionist so helpful, warm and professional, definitely an asset to your company.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and kind. They helped us a lot. Thanks to all. The room was very clean and quiet big enough for a family like us. Also there was a very nice bolcony in the room which sees all the bay. The city center is close to hotel which is around 4-5 km, but still it is required to have a transport. We prefered to use taxi instead of our own car due to several reasons.
