This property was beautiful, extremely comfortable., and very well equipped. We were a party of 13 (8 adults and 5 children) and there was plenty of room to spread out and get some space from each other as needed in the various sitting areas both inside and out. The outdoor kitchen was amazing and most of our evening meals were cooked out here. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun beds but also nice grassy areas for the children to play. The games room in the basement allowed our competitive spirit to flourish! The villa was in a very quiet area and we were able to walk to the local beach although all uphill on the way back! We had a couple of hire cars which were useful for supermarket runs but local taxis were very efficient for outings. An amazing holiday was had and amazing memories made.

Very easy and would definitely use again

Overall, our stay at this villa was more than we expected! It isn’t often that the description online is accurate. For the size of our party, the villa is so spacious, none of us felt like we were on top of each other. All of the facilities were 5* and just perfect. Not only was we happy with the villa, the agency who we dealt with were amazing. They responded to my requests in a timely manner and helped us to organise our airport transfers and car hire. They really did help with the experience and were so professional. Highly recommend this property for anyone who is travelling as a big group of all ages.

My family and i had a really great time in this villa. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything and more that u would need. The heated pool was amazing and all the comfortable seating made our stay a luxury. Great entertaining space. Tv was a massive and had all the channels u would want. The outside space was fabulous and where we spent most of our time. The staff at Vrbo were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. Overall 10 out of 10. Fabulous.

The house is big and fantastic. Well equipped, with some fancy things like a ice maker machine and a wine refrigerator. The kitchen and barbecue was not so clean as expected. Very nice for big families. The garden and pool maintenance people appear in the house, but no one told us they will come. The property management should advice they will come. Overall, it was a wonderful week. Hope we can repeat.

The house is clean, very Big and beautiful! The pool and garden area is even better than it looks. The pool table downstairs is also perfect when you travel with kids. I can warmly recomand this property ! The best we have rented so far:)

Very spacious and extremely well equipped villa in a great location 10 minutes walk from Praia de Mos beach. 5 minutes drive to Lagos. Lovely garden, games room, table tennis etc. Pool just right. Perfect for a large group.

Fantastic location for a returning family to the area. Plenty of space to house all of us and the external seating areas are fantastic. The outside seating area is very well equipped and allowed fantastic alfresco evenings. The beach is a 10 minute walk and the bed hire very reasonable. Lagos is a 10 minute drive and the intermarche less than 5 minutes away. Great spot!

The villa was lovely, more than enough room for families, the kitchens were well equipped, spacious and airy and it was only a ten minute walk to the beach. Just a couple of things that could be improved -The ice making facilities didn’t work as the fridges were not connected to the mains and there was a problem with bad drain smell, especially in the downstairs annex. With 3 families all with a car it was sometimes an issue with only having one key.Although we were aware there would be some building work we weren’t aware that there was additional building work directly behind the garden and pool, this was very noisy and dusty, started at 8am and continued until 8pm. One day there were 5 cement lorries all waiting to deliver cement looking down over the garden and pool Although we contacted Sarah we didn’t get any response which was disappointing,

We had a wonderful week and found the villa spacious, well presented and had everything we needed to keep all ages entertained. We would highly recommend it.

The space outdoors is absolutely fantastic! room for everyone to sit, and dine together. We really loved this house, wish it was ours

Also a brilliant service to go with it, any issue was sorted within a couple of hours, for example our pool was looking a little bit murky so they sent the pool maintenance round within the hour and he sorted the issue straight away!

Fantastically equipped villa

The villa is an oasis.Very spatious and very clean..Excellent equipment of high quality.The beach is in 10 min walking distance.The area is very quiet.The garden is lovable.The pool is very pleasant.If you prefer it heated,inform Home.Away in advance.The pictures on the website agree with the reality.The assistence provided by Sarah Neves is pleasantly professional.

We had the whole villa with the annexe. It is very spacious and Has superb outdoor seating/dining areas. The villa was enjoyed by everyone and definitely would recommend it. The kitchen was well equiped with a few large refrigerators. There is a beach around 10 minutes walk away and old town is around 10 minutes drive away which has many restaurants and shops. Supermarkets are also a short drive away.

Big fantastic house with fantastic outdoor area to; cook, eat, swim, play ping-pong, read a book, or just enjoy the sun! 5-10 minutes walk to the beach and 20-25 minutes walk to the old town with all the restaurants.

We stayed here recently as part of a large family celebration with ages ranging from 10 to 68. What a wonderful villa! We have rented many villas before in the Algarve but this one put all the others in the shade! The inside accommodation was nothing short of excellent and the various outside seating/ lounging areas were absolutely brilliant. Although we were 13 in total, everyone felt as though they had their own space but with the benefit of superb communal eating areas. The furnishings, appliances and kitchenware were of the highest quality and was much appreciated by all. The only recommendation we could have made would to have had heating in the pool for cooler days (although the weather was very good for us), but we now understand that it is being installed later this year. On a personal note, we appreciated the fact that the local agent , Sarah Neves, was extremely helpful and approachable and nothing was too much trouble for her. We would certainly return!

We were absolutely blown away with this villa - everything was perfect providing us with the most amazing, relaxing holiday. It was furnished to a very high specification and there was plenty of room for 11 of us - 3 couples, 4 teenagers and a 7 yr old. The villa was spotless and the communication with the manager couldn't have been better. Fantastic location - easy walking distance to a beautiful (fairly quiet) beach and 2 restaurants. Would highly recommend.
