The only negative thing about the apartment was the sofa. It looked nice but was not very comfy. Also there were no blinds or curtains at the windows by the roof terrace doors, so when the sun shined in the afternoon it was very hard to see the TV and there was no shade from the sun.

good location, modern, handy parking. good local restaurants nearby. very close to beach. apartment management very attentive and fix a minor issue very quickly.

building occasionally noisy. mostly slamming doors.

the space, location, had everything we needed

The apartment was in a great location only 5/10 minute was from the beach front or town centre. Was well equipt with amenities and had everything we needed for the stay. On the surface the apartment is very stylish and the windows opening out into their own little balconette style is amazing, our little boy loved the effect of them! The host was very friendly on messages and replied really promptly.

The apartment gets very very hot which made it uncomfortable to sleep in and we didn't find the bed too comfortable (although some people prefer softer mattresses, we prefer firmer) The bath plug didn't seal so the water drained, I did message about this and was asked to ring a maintenance number but chose to leave it and just use the shower which worked fine. The apartment is quite 'tired' and could do with some decorating upgrades of paint etc.

Property is ideally located being central to town and the beach

The property was quite tired and there was damage that could have been repaired. It didn't really feel like a luxury penthouse. My bed sounded broken when getting in and out but was comfy.

upon arrival had to contact the property manager to request parking permit which wasn’t available due to previous occupants had failed to return it and he had forgotten to inform me. The apartment was rather warm and the balcony is inaccessible due to legal permission not currently held. However the velux windows opened very widely and unevenly ! On first appearance the penthouse has a pleasing aspect but upon further inspection has many flaws and not worthy of such a high price. the general upkeep of finishing and cleanliness was very poor. Sadly, stained lamps and carpets along side chipped furniture and broken blinds didn’t match up to our expectations from what was advertised.

The property it’s self is stunning to look at

I asked for extra towels that never came, the place wasn’t clean, asked for bed sheets to be cleaned, they never were. Bathroom smells like damp and sewage this was never fixed, very defensive when I mentioned any issues, not worth the money at all. Disappointing

The location and the property itself was really nice! Quiet and spacious and just what we needed!

How warm it was with only one air con machine and one fan provided. There were two lots of french doors but no keys to open them and let air in.

The place was dust free but think the carpets in the rooms do need changing or a good clean.
