Overall it was a very pleasant experience, but given it was a very hot day on arrival we found there was no air conditioning and very few windows and doors with screens. We think these items would be a very welcome addition to this property.

It would be better if all linen was supplied.

Dallas it was a relaxing and lovely stay at serenity. It is clearly a much loved holiday house. Great location to the beach an quite surroundings.

Extended family, 6 adults and 5 children, had a great time here. Large property and bedroom arrangements were perfect for our group. Close to beach and house well set up with amble furniture and essential items etc. Had a great time and would go back again.

Great place for big family to stay and enjoy

The price reflected the fact that sheets and towels weren't provided. A comfortable, relaxing holiday house, not too tizzied up with breakable ornaments.

Excellent location and amenities for our dogs which made our stay very enjoyable. Plenty of room, suitable amenities and quiet space surrounded by wonderful native trees.

This was the second time we have stayed here as a large group. There is plenty of room inside and out. Love the outdoor bbq area. Close to the beach and pub. Will stay again

This was a place for us to refuel. With space around us, a deserted beach, great shells and driftwood treasures. Lots of chess time with the kids, and oysters from Melshell. Found an incredible art gallery just up the road, King's, and purchased some beautiful pieces. Was just what we needed to farewell the dreary winter and welcome spring. Thankyou for having us.

This was my extended family’s third stay at Serenity House. We love the easy access to a practically deserted beach. Dolphin Sands has a nice relaxed feel to it, and is a great base for day trips to Swansea, east coast wineries, Freycinet and Bicheno We can’t wait to come down again in 2023

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity. The house had room for us all and was comfortable. The beach was only a short walk away and a short drive to Swansea for supplies.

Having 5 bedrooms, a dedicated secure area for dogs and a large lounge room makes shack life at this property very enjoyable. We have stayed before and would do so again.

The overall house and location were good & fairly priced. However we only had 3 rolls of toilet paper for 6 adults and 5 children provided to us for a 3 day stay!

The property is spacious and very comfortable and provided everything that we required for our stay. There was plenty of space outdoors for the children and dogs to run freely, to enjoy their play and for the children to ride their bikes safely on the property. The property is just a short stroll to the beach which was the highlight of our stay. We will definitely consider returning to this property.

Comfortable home for young and old. Lovely beach and open woodland full of birds.

This spacious house is about 100 m walk away from the beautiful Nine Mile Beach. The house is well appointed in terms of finish and furnishings and well maintained. There are 3 double bedrooms, and 2 other bedroom with two single beds per room - so very flexible for different groups. Also, very dog friendly (fully fenced yard). There is very little through traffic along the road and the home is set back far enough that you can barely see the road or hear traffic. Conversely, there are masses of birds and lots of interesting bird talk. Very friendly and courteous dealings with owner. The house also has expansive covered deck areas but with different alcoves so that people can all sit together, or find a quieter more private space , but the deck areas are accessible from three sets of food in the main living space of the house. Highly recommended for larg(ish) groups of people

House was big enough for the 9 of us. Would love to stay there again.

We shared a very relaxing 5 days and of course my dog had a wonderful time on the magnificent beach which we had to ourselves added to which the convenience of it being only approximately 8minutes drive, the surroundings of shack was very quite and with the sound of a variety of birds very enjoyable.

Beautiful set up for large or multiple families, comfortable, relaxing, peaceful. Everything has been thought of. So much more than we expected. Will definitely be back again.
