The pool was DElightful. :) The kitchen was well stocked with tools, pans, dishes, etc and the kitchen and 2 bathrooms were clean. The only items that needed attention before our arrival were the kitchen floor (it needed a wet mopping) and the exterior grounds had litter. Thank you so much. We will do it again.

We had an awesome weekend... We would definitely consider a golf cart next time because the property in not in walking distance to anything... Linens not being supplied made our travel on the Jet Express a bit more hectic with extra bags needed but overall the Island Club is exactly what we expected and a great time was had by all.... We did see kids in the complex at one point and this is NOT a kid friendly experience!! FYI!!!!

I had to wash them myself. A few dead Mayflies on the wall where someone had killed them and left them there. We had a great time but the place could’ve been cleaned much better than it was..

The property was everything that we needed it to be. We paid to have linens included, and even purchased our Golf Carts ahead of time. The refrigerator did not get very cool after 3 days; the freezer was no issue at all.

The house was a good size for 10 of us. There were plenty of dishes and toiletries provided. I will say they could have done a better job cleaning up the mayflies. They were all over our house even in cabinets. The biggest problem was no WIFI and no phone service, you could barely call a taxi because no ones phones were working.

There was a lot for us to do with the kids. The Island Club community had lots of families with children staying in it and seemed very family friendly. This house has 4 bedrooms and a big open kitchen/living room area for us all to hang out in. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed to cook breakfast and lunch each day and we even grilled out for dinner one night. Bringing all the groceries with us saved lots of money. The only thing that was not desirable about the home was that our bare feet were black from walking around inside. I wiped the kitchen floors up and the paper towels were black. It obviously had not been scrubbed for quite some time and was filthy enough to make all of our feet black. Other than this, I liked the house but will call ahead about this issue before staying there again.

Issues were: no outside doors had working locks; there was no dish soap or dishwasher soap at the house, so we could not run the dishwasher; the pantry door handle fell off when we opened the door and the refrigerator was finally cold by the time we left. We have stayed at Island club before and I've had an enjoyable experience. Number 77 was very large and worked for our family. Our only complaint with number 77 was that the floors were filthy when we got there. And there was no mop or bucket to clean them. The house is well-equipped and the one maintenance issue we had with the kitchen faucet was taken care of quickly.

The Island Club location has been my choice for about the last 12 years or so to lodge at. The #77 Home is as nice as I have stayed in. I really liked the layout and parking off the rear by the rear door was very convenient to bring in supplies. All our comforts are well thought out and the accommodations are first class. This particular unit was very nice. We really liked the layout and how things were set up.

Nice patio outside to hang out and drink on. Plenty of lawn space for yard games. No issues. Cell service is spotty, but if you’re having a good time, it doesn’t even matter.
