Well equipped apartment - nice touch to have tea and coffee making materials provided, including milk pods. Host provided excellent communication.

This is a lovely quirky property with interesting period features since it is a converted old library. The apartment was extremely comfortable for me and my 3 young children, and they definitely appreciated the TV and the streaming channel!! The lounge, kitchen and bathroom were perfect and overall the whole experience was more luxurious and easier than a hotel room. Free parking was on the side street below. There are facilities close by, and a local supermarket is one minute's walk away. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and I would certainly stay there again.

The road outside is quite busy and loud, but once the windows are closed it doesn't disturb at all. There were a few loose handles on the kitchen cupboards but this is a very minor point. The heating is very powerful; I prefer a cold house and unfortunately the heating came on automatically in the morning. If you also enjoy it cooler it is easy to switch the heating off (I didn't realise that simply reducing the thermostat wouldn't override the morning switch-on). If you enjoy a warm house then you will be fine!
