We had a wonderful time in Huntington. Love the house and all that the city and beach has to offer.

When I got to the property everything was super clean and very nicely put together. The owners were kind and even left things like laundry detergent for myself and the other guys that were staying at the house. They were also very good at keeping up with us and making sure everything was okay. Anytime there was an issue they got it fixed quick and again, they were really good at communicating. It was a real pleasure getting to stay there for a few months and I would definitely recommend the property to anyone!

We really loved this home. It was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely go back. The location was great and close to everything. Jim and Tina were so nice and did a beautiful job with this house!

Property owners were very responsive and accommodating. The house is in a very clean and quiet neighborhood - pleasant neighbors on both sides and not a young party atmosphere at all. We were pleasantly surprised with the furnishings of this vrbo -- we've stayed in quite a few all over the states and this is by far one the best. The furniture, linens and appliances were very up scale for a rental property. The kitchen is stocked for every need you can imagine with plenty of beautiful dishes and serving plates (coffee pot could be a little larger:) There is a wonderful patio area for hanging out with a barbecue, fire pit, etc. This property is a first class rental ... just as nice as staying at a 4 or 5 star hotel. We hope to return and spend some more time at this vrbo.

We had a family wedding to attend in SoCal and spent our Spring break at this house. All of us loved everything about it. We had two families so the two master bedrooms worked out perfectly and the kids spread out between the third floor bedroom and other sofa beds and futons. The house is updated and beautifully maintained. The owners stocked the place with all the essentials and the washer and dryer was a huge benefit. We enjoyed walking to the beach everyday (only about 5 min walk!) and rode the bikes that were provided as well. The owners were great to work with. Tina promptly responded to all our inquiries and accommodated us when we asked to extend our stay by a couple days. We would definitely stay here again in the future. It was so much better than staying in a hotel! I recommend it for families or groups that love the ocean!

If I could give this house 10 stars I would. We stayed at this house for Spring Break last week and it was PERFECT! It was so CLEAN and had a lot of room for all of us. With two Master Bedrooms it was great for our two family's to each have our own space, we had 8 teenagers and 4 adults and we had plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you would ever need for cooking it was wonderful. The fire pit was so nice to sit around in the evenings. We walked to the beach everyday it was so convenient. The owners couldn't of been nicer to work with they made sure we had everything we needed. I will defiantly rent this house again.

We spent 6 nights at the house with a group of 7 adults (plenty of room for the group and then some). House was beautifully updated and decorated. Location was fantastic...near beach, downtown, shopping and restaurants...easy access to LA or San Diego. Property is well maintained and the owners were very easy to work and communicate with. I would highly recommend for any families or groups looking for a vacation in southern California. We would love to return in the future.

Our family stayed at his location for several days and had the best time! The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms are large and each comes with a full size bathroom. One of our favorite features was the large patio with ample seating around the fire pit roasting marshmallows at night. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances and had all the things we needed to make meals at the house, however, if we wanted to dine out we were in walking distance of many restaurants downtown. The beach was only a short walk from the house or if we wanted we could use one of the 3 bikes to ride down to the beach. We enjoyed riding the bikes all over town and along the bike trail that runs along the beach. Our daughters also enjoyed using the boogie boards even though it was cold out, they just had to try it. We highly recommend this rental property!

Stayed for 3 days at this location with my family. The stay was perfect. Plenty of comfortable sleeping places for both adults and children. Kitchen is loaded with appliances and cooking utensils for family food making experiences or many different great restaurants within walking distance to enjoy. During our stay we took a leisurely bike ride and our girls went bogey boarding! The community is great for any type of social gathering.

This is a fabulous house. House is a couple of blocks and minutes walking from the white sand beach. Very spacious inside, with good quality fixtures and new furnishing. The center of Huntington Beach is less than 10 minutes walk away. Downtown is great and the newly built Pacific City is a plus. Can’t wait to come back to check it out when the mall is in full function! There are plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars to choose from. All bedrooms are huge and each comes with full baths so never any queueing for the showers! The house is equipped to sleep up to 13 people but can easily fit 14 or 15. We spent a lot of the relaxing in the house and enjoy the outdoor patio and fire pit. A couple of day we managed to squeeze in day trips to Catalina, LA, and Downtown Disney. This is one of the better holiday rentals we have stayed in and would most definitely recommend this property to everyone. You will love it!
