Gary’s ground floor apartment truly is perfect. It was immaculately clean and located close to a reserved parking space and the pool area. The bed was super comfortable with high end linens and generous amounts of towels and bath supplies. A full compliment of kitchen equipment was expertly organized and easy to find. The TVs and internet were easy to use with plenty of program options. We brought our dogs and they were totally happy with the private patio and dog park very nearby. This stay is the best we have ever had. We do hope to find it available when we return to Austin.

Our family of 5 found ourselves in a weird predicament in that we needed to find somewhere to stay in the Cedar Park area 48 hours before our arrival. We came across this property online and by a stroke of luck, it was available. We figured with little research and availability we had to grab it and just accept what we got. Wow did we hit the jackpot! This property is immaculately maintained, had every single amenity imaginable (right down to the body washes/shampoos/soaps in the showers), was in a fantastic location for us in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, and even had a reserved front parking spot for us. The host, Gary, has thought of everything to make your stay as easy as possible. The internet was great, AC rocked, front door key-coded lock was wonderful, and even the little patio area was nice. Very, very clean, with a nice kitchen and dining area. Area around this complex has grocery stores and restaurants galore and everything in between. We will definitely be back when we find ourselves in this area again!

The property was a very pleasant surprise! Even though it was in a apartment complex, everything was quiet and very clean. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. Our property manager did an excellent job communicating with us from the beginning of the trip through the end. I have already recommended this property to others. Excellent choice!

This VRBO has a great location. It’s close to UT, The Domain, movie theaters, shopping, and highways. The owner is very responsive. The unit is clean, freshly painted, and well laid out. It had a gray patio area for the dogs and the complex was dog friendly. I highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed the condo. Very nice property. It’s evident that the place is well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable. The shower had hot water and strong water pressure. The reserved parking spot was great and very convenient. It’s also very close to a Walmart which is great if you need any supplies while there.

Had such a great weekend staying at this Vrbo with some friends! We had space for everyone and the amenities were all great!!

This was by far the best vacation spot yet! We had everything we could possibly need and then some! Hearing the band practice was the highlight of our morning every day! New yearly vacation rental for sure!

we found this last min. property to stay at and we were very pleased at how clean and comfortable everything was. We were to bring our dogs, enjoy our family and great food nearby. Only the parking was a bit tight, other than that no issues. I will stay here again. great price, great value great owner!

We spent 3 nights there. The apartment was clean and neat. It equipped with almost everything that you needed. Gary was very responsive. One drawback was the noises in early mornings. First morning was the noise from roofing repair team and other morning were from parents and kids. I think it was still worth the money.

The living room needed a love seat or a couple of chairs as there were no room for 4-5 people to enjoy a conversation. The towels has a musty smell as they were not completely dry when put up.

This is our go to place when we go to the Austin area. Once again we were impressed with every aspect of this rental. All of the great reviews Gary and this unit have received are well deserved. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, well equipped unit in the Austin area, this rental is for you. One detail which I have not seen mentioned in reviews is the great WiFi and television. If available, we will be booking for a third time in early 2020.

The condo is clean and worked out fine but we were woken each morning from moms getting there kids to school outside the, apparently thin exterior walls. Parking was tight. Is probably seatt a good price point.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, our stay was simply magnificent!! Gary has your stay 100% covered in every aspect. So much attention to detail made life easy for us while traveling with 3 small children! Great location, we enjoyed the trails around the property taking daily walks to the playground nearby! We had one small issue with the water pressure coming from the tub spout and Gary had it fixed ASAP. Definitely coming back!! :)))))

This is a superb property, very comfortable and very well equipped, it was a joy to spend 2 weeks here. Thanks to Gary for a smooth booking process and easy check in. He also allowed us extra time before checking out as we were travelling overnight on a long flight back to the UK. We literally wanted for nothing as it was very well equipped. The only tiny little issue was the high school just across the road had a marching band serenading at 6/7 am😂 We would not hesitate to recommend this property and we would be glad to return to it anytime.

Pros: This rental is nice and clean and was thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need. Responsive, helpful owner. Comfortable furniture and bed, located close to the pool. Cons: Located very close to a high school practice field, where loud band practice happened every day but Sunday. Ground level apartment, can hear upstairs neighbors through the floors.

Super clean and modern! The attention to the smallest detail is impressive and the owner is very proactive in communicating! I would definitely return!!

The apartment was well equipped with everything. Literally all you need to bring is clothes and food. It is conveniently located right next to the pool, which was nice. You have your choice of a soft bed or firm bed. So that’s always nice when you have different people staying. I will say this. Don’t freak out with the spare bathroom shower. The water appears to turn of when you are setting the temperature, but if you just turn the shower head on it comes right back on. It was wired but the shower pressure is wonderful. However, we had a wonderful stay and wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks again Gary your place is awesome

Renting this property was just so amazing! The fact that he provides EVERYTHING for you is just wow! Not a lot of places do this. I will definitely be renting here again!!!!
