Great location for a golf trip with the boys or for a family getaway. Perfectly located, lots of room at the property, direct access to the lake and within minutes of many golf courses and attractions

Great location !!!!! First time in the Lake of the Ozarks; Awesome experience !!!!! Driveway was a little challenging for our Harley Davidsons 😂😂😂😂. Owner provided great information on boat rentals as well as local restaurants and entertainment !!!!! A great place to visit. Thank you for your Hospitality

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our time at the Townsend lake house retreat!! it had plenty of space for the group that we brought, paddle boards were a blast, all the games to be able to play inside we’re a hit, and the quiet Cove location was great! We will definitely be looking to return next year! Thank you so much for your hospitality, Dave & Kerrie!

Our family of 9 had plenty of rooms. Lots of TVs to please everyone. Lots of games to keep us busy on the rainy days. Great hostess. Fun time.

We had 11 people and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The hot tub was luxurious and there was enough to do without leaving the house - Cornhole, darts, pac man, pool, games... The only thing I would change is add another hot water heater or get one of the on demand ones. We went through the hot water pretty quickly and had to wait 10 minutes for the next person to shower. Oh, and my husband said it needs bigger coffee mugs! I told him to just double fist his coffee. We will definitely stay there again.

Everyone had a great time! Perfect layout for the family. Several TV areas for sports, gaming, and movies so everyone was happy. Central kitchen area was perfect for meals and playing games. Kerrie and Dave were very helpful with questions and feedback on the weather. Thank you!

We had an amazing week on the water at this beautiful property. The owner's truly take all things into consideration and we were well set up to enjoy both our time on the water utilizing an incredible dock and hanging out in the evenings around the fire pit or on the deck. The views were spectacular. Waking up to the sun rising over the lake and spending our evenings enjoying a drink as the sun set over the water. The dock is big enough for a large pontoon, fishing boat, or pleasure craft. The cove is quiet and serene yet close to the State Park area and other areas of the Lake. To many positives to convey! We will definitely seek this place out again for another fishing adventure.

This house was perfect for my extended family. It was stocked with everything we needed. There were more than enough towels, wash clothes, etc for our large group. The 2 refrigerators in the house and one mini fridge at the dock was awesome! I can’t say enough about the location of this house. Right where you want to be! Just a short car ride to grocery stores and several restaurants. A cove over from back water jack and just a short boat ride to dog days. Being positioned at the end of a long cove makes for calm water great for swimming. I reached out to the owner requesting additional pictures of the staircase be sent so I could ensure a baby gate would fit at the top of the stairs, and they responded quickly and politely obliged my request. Also I asked if we could check in a couple hours early and again they allowed it. I love this house and plan to book again.

The kids loved the pool table, fooseball, darts, watching the game, and the sprawling dock! 6 bedrooms! Our 5 teen girls claimed the 3 queen beds room. A pirate room for the boys - how fun! Some favorite experiences: an evening on the dock under the soft lights watching Lion King on the TV and eating popcorn, breakfast on the deck by the kitchen, and grandma napping outside on the outdoor sofa under the roof. This was an excellent home and we definitely hope to return!

This is a great property. The location is ideal. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you would ever need. There is also a partial kitchen in the lower level with a second refrigerator that was very useful. The boat docks are nice and the cove is very quiet. We were there after Labor Day so there were no crowds yet all the restaurants and bars were still open. We had 12 people the first week we were there and there was plenty of room. The fire pit was enjoyed a few nights and the grills are in great shape for outdoor cooking. I would recommend this location for any large group.

We had a great time experiencing Lake of the Ozarks for the first time. The house was very spacious and the dock was key for us! Looking forward to our next trip back.

We just finished a great week at the lake made even better by staying in this house. There were 10 adults and 9 kids between the ages of 9 months and 11 years old. The house had plenty of room and the access to the dock was great. Kerrie was quick to respond whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was near perfect for our family of 18. There was plenty of room on the dock/patio area for everyone to gather at once. At the same time, there was plenty of quiet places for people to go when they needed some time alone. There were a few pretty minor issues, but we are an easy-going bunch and Kerrie was a great communicator through it all. We are hoping to make the trip down to the Ozarks again and would love to be return guests to the property!

The stay at the lake house was very nice. We were celebrating our family reunion and our son’s graduation. It was very convenient to the places we were going and we were able to dock our son’s boat at the dock. The kids enjoyed swimming of the dock as well.

This lakefront property is very nice. It sits back in a cove that has great views of the lake and sunset. The pictures do not do it justice as to how much room there is. We had 10 adults and 4 kids and always felt there was enough room for everyone. The lower level was big enough to be its own separate area. The dock was enormous and had a table for 6 as well as a tv and grill. While fishing from the dock we caught numerous fish which the kids really enjoyed. Kerrie was great and timely with answering any questions I had. The property was located a short 10 minute drive to Hyvee, Walmart, breweries, and a winery. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to go with the whole family! Next time we will stay longer. My wife and I have stayed at a few rentals in our time and had some good and some not so good. This one is a good one.

Location was great, amenities were relaxing, and the house's layout is spacious enough for everyone to get a good quite nights rest.

Had a group of 13, 7 adults and 6 kids under 6 years old and we couldn't ask for anything more! The place was great. Lake access was perfect. Would gladly do it again!

We had our family gathering for 14 at this home. Everyone loved their stay. It was a quiet cove and not a far drive to local stores. The property has plenty of room to spread out with many things to do; darts, pool table, grilling equipment, lake swimming and a boat dock for fishing.
