Perfect Location to walk to see some of the beautiful sites in Savanna. Many of the Tour Bus Stops were only a few blocks away.

The property was stunning! We walked into a beautiful, clean, and well equipped two bedroom, two bath townhouse about a mile away from downtown Savannah. Everything was working, the layout was neat and had a nice flow if people were to have guests. While the kitchen was small, other areas of the space made up for it with high ceilings, plenty of towels, lots of closet space, and the water pressure was great! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location; nice, high ceilings and lots of space. The kitchen was tight but we were still able to make it work. All utensils, towels, drip and Keurig coffee makers. No complaints other then the heavy footsteps from the unit above us.

The property was very nice and had eveything we needed. We stayed over for a wedding in the historic district. We were able to walk or take a bus to access sightseeing and wedding-related events. For some, the walk would be long when going to the river or museums, but the tradoff is the house was quiet and spacious conpared to downtown locations. We appreciated the soap , paper towres, and even small amout of coffee and filters provided. All the convenience and comforts of home. Thanks for the stay!

The property was very much as shown online.. the beauty of the Savannah tree-lined streets and the wonderful small sitting garden off of the wrap-around porch were wonderful to be around. The home was tastefully and comfortable furnished; the location was perfect for us - a few steps from Forsythe Park and close to the Trolley's for easy access to everything. The ability to reach the staff with a few small issues (how to work the tv) was immediate and friendly and resulted in fixing our issues.

Great location on the south side of Forsyth park. It's not a whole house but just the bottom floor but very nice and spacious.

My husband and I spent time here for our anniversary. The home is simply beautiful and the location is perfect. Its close enough to everything but away from the chaos of the downtown area. We brought our bikes with us and were able to ride to everything. The home was clean and had plenty of character. Definitely will be back again!

Loved the location and layout of the property. Plenty of gathering spaces to relax especially on the porch. Enjoyed finding places in the neighborhood away from the main tourist area while also being at the edge of the park. Management was quick to respond to questions. Would recommend and stay at the same location if we were back in Savannah!

We visited for 4 days and walked all over Savannah. The home was perfect for the 4 of us and the location was amazing.

Very friendly neighborhood. Close to many historical sites. About a 30 minute walk to downtown. Very well kept home. Happy we chose this home.

The flag on the VRBO map of Savannah showed when I booked—and still does now—that the apartment was in the historic district north of Forsyth Park. Near Jones and Charleston Streets on the east side. When I pushed—and push—the flag containing the price, a blue dot, not a vague circle, came up. So I understood that to be the location as the flag/dot has always worked well for past bookings.I was horrified to find out that the apartment was located south of the park and well out of the historic district. I could not use VRBO again if this is the outcome of a careful search for a place in a specific location. Also the lockbox for the key is antiquated. They give out a 5-digit number for a 4-digit lock that is finicky to operate. Had to call for help and reviews show that we were not the first. Otherwise, the apartment was nice although the second bedroom was separated from the bathroom through the kitchen. Absolutely no food or drink supplied so the cupboard—and the fridge—is bare.

The location is superb! Sometimes it was tricky getting street parking but we never had to park more than a block away. The farmers market on Saturday was easy walking distance, as well as the rest of downtown Savannah.

We loved yhe location and the ability to walk to most of the historical locations.

Other than me being given the wrong code for the keys, it was perfect. I paid for an early checkin, I wasted a lot of time trying to enter with the wrong code. The apartment was everything that was written. It was extremely clean in a great neighborhood and the one problem that I had at the apartment was quickly resolved.

We had a great time staying at Parlor on Park. The location was fantastic. The biggest issue was the lack of plugs that worked. If you don’t do well with noise from neighbors or road noise this may not be the place for you. However, the apartment is very big and the bedrooms were comfortable. The washer and dryer and kitchen amenities were fantastic too. I do recommend staying here.

Place was nice and very clean. We had an issue as the code did not work to unlock or lock the exterior door, neighbors left it open for us. . We did get in and they did come the next afternoon and took care of it. I just thought it should be first thing in the AM as we had to wait around a few hours for them which was quite annoying as we were rearing to go. But all in all a nice stay.

Myself and two lady friends (from CA) cannot say enough about how the decor was perfectly set, especially for the time period. We enjoyed the spaciousness, living room with comfy couch and especially the comfortable beds (a king and queen). We wished we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The main bedroom, especially, is wonderful. And the location is perfect for access to Forsyth Park and restaurants in that part of Savannah. It is a neighborhood, so you do hear neighbor activities, such as dogs barking and construction noises. It is not close to Broughton Street or the river, so you will get your steps in if you decide to go there. But the walk is spectacular, as historic Savannah is picture-perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely. Very close to the trolley in a beautiful park in a very quiet neighborhood. Thank you!

I have never written such a poor review on anything, ever! I wrote the management over 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back from them. Apparently, it’s not a big deal with them. On the night that we arrived, I almost ended up on the floor because the toilet seat was broken and just sat on the toilet to look like it was attached. If not for the vanity being close by, I would have been on the floor. The bathroom was provided with 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1/2 of a towel for the bath mat. They supplied 2 rolls of TP but our first roll was not full. In the kitchen, 1 towel, 1 sponge, soaps for dish washing and 1 roll of paper towels. You run out, you buy. I washed our towels a couple days after arrival only to find out that the dryer did not work. We called to let them know about the toilet seat and dryer. Someone came out the next day with a new toilet seat but no one showed up about the dryer. We were told that he came out but couldn’t get in because we didn’t leave the key in the box. This was NOT true. Every time we left we put the key in the box. We only brought enough clothes for 4 days as we were planning on doing laundry. We were able to wash but it took 3 days to dry because of the humidity. I called management to let them know that we saw cockroaches. I was told thank you and that they were on a monthly schedule with their pest control. We also found a lizard in a frying pan. The floor molding in our bathroom had several rotted out places which gave it the impression of being dirty. I was very concerned every time I used the bathroom that cockroaches were going to come out of the holes. This is such an easy fix and it would really change the appearance of the bathroom. I gave it 1 star because of the location.

The home's location was and sign up the home was clean and neat. The front porch and steps we're dirty. It would have been nice to have a few extra kitchen utensils

It was like home ,everything was provided.the rooms were hudge, and I enjoyed both porches,looking at the most beautiful scenery.

This home was the perfect place for me and my friends to stay for our girls weekend! The home was stunning and spacious. We loved the location. Highly recommend!
