Garden apartment was beautiful and the pool was great. We were travelling with a toddler and this was perfect.

We hadn't rented a car initially and this was a mistake as things were further away than expected. Reception were great though and helped us to arrange car hire.

Super clean, very comfortable, one of the best places I’ve stayed in for a long time. Everything is new and villa’s are spacious.

Nothing really. Properties are brand new. The only downside is the beach, not so great and water is way behind what you get in Protaras

Fantastic apartment, very spacious and lovely presented. The balcony was much bigger than expected, was great to be able to still enjoy the sun on the sun beds whilst our baby napped. Lovely private beach with water sports on the complex.

There was a couple of maintenance issues in the apartment, the tap in the kitchen was loose, toilet holders not fixed securely, the tap in the bathroom was loose and at an angel. We also found the electricity in the night kept tripping so we’d have to get up to move the trip switch, as our food in the fridge didn’t stay cold. Would benefit from a small convenience shop on site. Otherwise you have to drive out to get basic food, luckily we brought ours with us.

The villa was very clean, comfy in a very nice and calming environment. Highly recommended!!

It would be great if the snackbar had more vegetarian options and drinks.

From the moment we stepped foot into the apartment until the day we left, every aspect of our stay was absolutely fantastic.The interior of the apartment was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean and exuded a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, making it feel like we would like to live in such a home.The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.

The resort was fabulous. Comfortable, beautifully furnished apartments with a spacious veranda. Well equipped kitchen and amenities in the bathroom. Very friendly staff with excellent service. The pool is fantastic, the gardens lush and green. Good security at the main gate. We paid extra for late check out which is a good add on.

We had lunch at the restaurant and the food was good size portions, but the ribs were overcooked and the burger patty not homemade. Some beach sand would enhance the beach experience.

We booked this for my husband’s brother, his wife and their 2 kids. We just wanted them to join us for a few days as we were already booked in for a 10 night stay. We got back a “thank you! It was like a second honeymoon for us” 🥲 really made me happy we could do that for them!

The gate staff were amazing! Always greeted us with a smile and a wave. Really enjoyed how the facilities were both quite secluded, but we had everything we needed. The beach is small, but it met our needs, especially since the pool was more than adequate. We really appreciated how accommodating the office staff were in helping us check out and keeping our bags for us as we were leaving late in the evening. We’re hoping to return in a couple of years! 🥰

We came with a group of close friends and rented two three bedroom apartments. The resort wes well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect English. Location is very convenientn if you rent a car. The resort is 20 minutes away from Larnaca, and close enough to the villages nearby that have supermarkets, tavernas etc. The beach is stunning and the swimming pool is great. The apartment was clean, well maintained and was equipped with everything we needed. The sanck bar/restaurant on the premise is also good.

The Jacuzzi didn't work although it showed on booking.com that it is supposed to this time of year. I think this kind of apartment resort is a good "middle" in between a hotel and an airbnb apartment - for us it was perfect, but be sure you are aware that this is not an hotel - the reception is not 24h, there is no daily cleaning etc.

Very calm place. Ideal for family and kids. Very friendly. Swimming pool was clean but cold. Kids playground just on a site. Our kids loved it. Apartments were nice, spacey, clean. Huge terrace. Appartment include dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine. Capsules for all machines are extra charge. Beach was nice and clean. Easy access to the water.

Kitchen was very simply equipped. More tools would help, especially when with kids and cooking on a daily basis. No cleaning on a daily basis though. Very cold water in swimming pool.

The villa and gardens were nice, great access to the beach, the onsite cafe was good especially George who was delightful. The on site playground by the cafe was great too meant we could have a relaxing coffee whilst the kids played. It's a quiet location with not much around so generally very peaceful and relaxing (although see comment below)

Reception staff could have been friendlier, charging 25 euros a day to use the trampoline and the bouncy castle was a bit steep, it looked like they were still working on a number of villas which meant there was some drilling noise etc during the day.

The location is great, and the house we had was perfectly equipped for our stay. The breakfast restaurant was diverse and had multiple options.

We were a little stressed with the checkout as the reception is closed on Sunday, but in the end all was great.

Nice villas in a gated and permanently guarded compound, close to the sea. Very spacious and clean apartments. Very good breakfast.

We liked the size and infrastructur of the appartment. it was clean and well furnitured.

Unfortunately we didn‘t got the information prior booking that the pool area is under cunstruction and there was noise during the day even at our appartment. The beach area was under construction as well and we couldn‘t use the facilitys outside of our appartment properly. We probably would not have bookend it if we know this befor booking. They offered us using the pool from a privat villa, but there was noise everywhere because of the maintance going on on the whole property.

February, quiet and peaceful, my kind of holiday. Very updated facility. Lovely cats wandering around, wish I could take one or two home. staff very friendly, welcoming and warm-hearted.

undergoing a refurb in the garden and the pool, probably getting ready for the summer, the work is being done without noise, not a problem for our staying. Hot water needs to be switched on at least 40mins in advance, for a family of 3, the last person taking shower will feel the water running cold, but we were in no rush, just waited a little longer for it.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. great pool area.

A car is needed as it is quite isolated.

We liked the spacious apartment and the short way to the beach/ coast.

The location, it's quite far away from the next village/ town. Besides, the kitchen was not well equipped and there were some ants in the kitchen area.
