Good location and property was ideal for what we needed it for

The spacious rooms and location of the property

The fridge was way to small to accommodate food for 12 people. Specially when you have children.

The property size was brilliant for us, 4 adults and 4 children and enough rooms to suit us all. The walk to the front is only about 15 mins which is nothing really.

There were a few maintenance issues such as the kitchen bin needs a lid, the catch in the bathroom with a bath needs looking at as it was stopping the door closing, the stairs all need looking as as the children kept catching their feet on sharp tacks from the carpets so we had to put a towel down, the blind in the 2nd floor room had no pulley so it couldn't be opened, the bunk bedrooms curtains could do with being longer as they let light in and some generalised upkeep such a fresh paint in places. A few other things that would improve the property would be bins in the bedrooms and a lamp in the living room and maybe fans as it gets warm on the 2nd floor. These would all improve things but wouldn't stop us staying again.

no garden so could do with bench or seating in front garden.
