We just rented this property for 5days and the communication with Claudia was great sin e day one. She was very helpful and really easy/fast to be reached. Check in and out was smooth.. The apartment was cozy and nicely clean. It’s as described on the listing although we would say it’s kind of small for 4 adults (we were 3 and work out well for us). Location is convenient and just steps to/from bus stop making access to NYC easy. Elevator is next to the apartment and could be loud but earplugs were provided and we truly appreciated it. Overall we had a good experience and a great vacation! We would stay here again or at any property hosted by Claudia.
