Swift response from property/management team with regards delivering toilet rolls/bleach/washing up liquid/tea towel/ additional towels & bedding to allow for changeover mid-stay.

This property is advertised as a two bedroom - due to the condition/quality of the bed bases & mattresses in both bedrooms, a mattress had to be removed from 2nd bedroom to double up mattress in main bedroom to allow an only just bearable nights sleep (mattress 3" thick). Bed frame in 2nd bedroom damaged & creaked and groaned with every turn - requires replacing. Messaged with regards not one sharp knife in property - no response, had to go and buy a knife for food preparation at own cost. Front door to property rattled at all times of day/night whenever apartment the block main door was opened.

The lack of a basic welcome pack - not even a bit of milk. No tea towels to dry anything up. Door buzzer doesn’t work

My mum really loved the inspiration messages scattered around the place, and i love the colours and the decor. It also smelled very clean the whole time we were there.

Difficult to find at first, satnav was confused and the directions from the owners didn’t include any maps which they should have. The key box was very stiff, i felt like i was gonna break it just to get to the code. The keys were unmarked so it took us a good 2 minutes to get into the building. The guidelines said no smoking anywhere inside or near the building, but we arrived to a cigarette butt on the balcony floor. Some lights were flickering, some not working. You cannot sleep in the bed of the master bedroom as it creaks at the slightest move, plus extremely uncomfortable, so i wouldn’t recommend more than two people staying here, as i had to sleep in my mum’s bed. The balcony was dirty, i have no idea why we had to pay cleaning fee if they couldn’t even clean it before we arrived. The toilet roll holder was falling off, the toilet window sill was mouldy, the bathroom cupboard was rusty, and 2 of the cheapest toilet rolls provided for 2 people staying there for 4 days, we ended up using the paper towels in the end. And the hosts, not sure… we felt pressured about the fact that they stated they were in the building, and the apartment next to ours had a camera that was always on… as if someone was watching us, seeing our every step, and could go to our apartment whenever we were out. A bit uncomfortable.

The apartment had a spacious lounge area, with well equipped kitchen. Sizeable bedrooms. Nice balcony. I liked the secluded quiet location and the ease of parking.

The covers on the sofas could do with being unzipped, taken off and laundered once in a while. Some very heavy staining on them.

Very spacious and comfortable, with parking, on a housing development in a very nice area. Apartment was spotlessly clean. I also liked having the veranda. Lovely quiet apartment that I have no hesitation in recommending. There is also a Tesco a short drive away. Many thanks to the host for a wonderful stay!

The flat was excellent with all the facilities needed. The location was really nice and overall we had a very good stay. I would certainly recommend to anybody.
