The location and staff at top gate are very friendly

The painters arrive at 7:30am at every single window of the property and paint all day looking into the windows up until 5pm we had zero privacy we could not relax or shower or feel comfortable The place was extremely dirty with hair everywhere in the beds in the shower in the basin to brush our teeth and the floors were covered in other peoples hair The dishwashing rack to dry our dishes was completely rusted so we could not use it Our host never once answered our phone calls which we tried many times. Messages were only answered many hours later or the following day We will definitely not be back to santorini ever again Saved for a year to come to ballito and have a family trip and i regret ever booking at santorini. We had no privacy every single day that we booked from the morning to the afternoon we had workers staring at us in every single window in the apartment. It was not relaxing and comfortable at all Our host didnt bother taking our complaint into action as the workers arrived again the next day after complaining How can you guys put painters at someones apartment every single day they have booked to be painting windows and drilling it is absolutely absurd and insane i have never been so uncomfortable in my life Its only logical to put painters at units that have not been booked and let them rotate. Clearly santorini does not care about their people booked as even after wr complained they arrived again the following day from 7:30am-5pm at every window and again on the day we were leaving. I could not wait to leave and come home to relax in peace

Very easy as per instructions

The sea view was blocked with shrubs & trees. As there were no stairs leading from the flat to the beach, it was quite difficult to get to the road.

There was no air-conditioning, mabe consider installing some... Terribly moldy smell throughout the house Bath towels were old and rock hard Bathroom mats smelled like urine Needs a new washing machine The tumble dryer didn't work Oven grill didn't work

As advertised, good facilities, great location.

Needs some paint and TLC inside. Cushions had a bit of a smell that was uncomfortable to sleep on.

We liked everything about the place

The beds and pillows in the kids room are very uncomfortable, the window kept banging from wind and making a lot of noise, the champagne glasses were all chipped, the WiFi was really slow and stopped a lot, the guard who worked last night was fast asleep when we arrived at 23:01 from a late dinner - it left us feeling unsafe.

Great view, nice location. Spacious house with everything you need. House has both a weber and gasbraai on the covered patio, ideal for rainy days.

Showers blocked, need bathmat at main bathroom. Not really walking distance. But a quick drive to secure parking within the complex to the main beach. TV is bad quality due to connection adapter I think? Need more tupperware in the house for left over food.

Cosy home, great location. Pool right outside unit.

Satellite tv kept losing signal.
