The condo was clean, more spacious than imagined and had a fabulous back porch we enjoyed. Easy walk to the beach was nice

This property checked all the boxes. So close to the beach! The beach equipment rental credit was a definite perk. Loved having the bikes to explore the beach and the island. Condo was spotless and well stocked. The outdoor patio was wonderful for outdoor reading and relaxing. Will definitely return!!!!

The place was very clean upon arrival and was much larger than what you see in the pictures. It was perfect for our thanksgiving getaway and the view of the golf course made us feel right at home. Location was great as it was a short bike ride to the park for my kids and it was right near Town Center and literally right next to the sanctuary where we enjoyed the lighting of the Christmas tree! Great place overall!!!

The place was very clean upon arrival and was much larger than what you see in the pictures. It was perfect for our thanksgiving getaway and the view of the golf course made us feel right at home. Location was great as it was a short bike ride to the park for my kids and it was right near Town Center and literally right next to the sanctuary where we enjoyed the lighting of the Christmas tree! Great place overall!!!

The floors of the unit were completely warped and uneven and unsafe. The rest of the furnishings were nice enough but the condo needs an upgrade.We loved the location and setup and if it were fixed up, would stay there again.

We had a great time at our Turtle Point Villa - great location on the golf course, bike paths all around us & a 2 minute walk to the beach. Nice outdoor deck which got lots of afternoon sun & spacious interior - sunroom gave us space to spread out!

House was very clean and extremely well equipped with everything we needed from fast wifi to laundry pods and kitchen supplies. House is steps from the beach and the beautiful Sanctuary hotel - we didn't move our car for days. We loved walking around the various trails on the island and ponds as well. Communication with Akers Ellis was wonderful - had a couple of questions before and during our stay and they were extremely friendly and responsive. Our ONLY complaint was that the glass door to access the patio took a lot of strength to open but we would absolutely stay here again and recommend friends to rent through Akers Ellis. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We rented this property to be socially distanced from family across the street at the Maritime. Perfect location -- so close to the beach! Teenage kids had ample WiFi to be in school all week and the $150 spending voucher saved us lugging our bikes down from VA. Unit had everything we needed, and the study off the dining area was a lovely "get away" space. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Thanks so much! We had a relaxing time and the accommodations were perfect. Just a quick walk to the beach. The bike and chair rentals were easy to access thanks to the information book. Could have used a bit warmer weather and less clouds...maybe next time!

Great place. Better than the pictures! Great location. The master shower is a little difficult to get in and out of. I wouldn't recommend an elderly person use that shower. However there is another shower. We loved this place and will be back!

The master shower is a bath tub and shower combination with a door, therefore would be a little tricky for some people to get in and out of easily. But you are correct, the guest bathroom has a stall shower, which would be much easier for someone, should they need that ease. We are so glad you enjoyed everything in the villa!

Would love to see the sunroom be utilized better then an outdoor patio table. It is a very warm and inviting room. An outdoor gas grill would be nice too. Everything else was perfect!!

The sunroom will be under going a renovation here very soon, as the owners agree that it could be utilized much better. Villa was nicely remodeled. The furnishings were great but too large for the size of the villa...made it a bit crowded especially on the deck area. Also the sheets on the beds looked like they had not been laundered so we had to wash the linens.
